★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requerí hacer uso de los servicios veterinarios para mi perrito que al parecer le picó una abeja o una araña ponzoñosa en el hocico y se le comenzó a hinchar. Al llegar lo recibieron de inmediato, lo revisaron y lo canalizaron con suero y medicamentos para contrarrestar la inflamación; 3 horas después salió casi sin inflamación y con el ánimo habitual!!! La atención fue cálida y profesional, me explicaron el procedimiento a seguir y quedé muy complacido con el servicio!!!
 I requested to make use of veterinary services for my little dog who apparently got stung by a bee or a poisonous spider on his snout and started to swell. Upon arrival, they received him immediately, checked him and channeled him with serum and medications to counteract inflammation; 3 hours later he came out with almost no inflammation and in the usual mood !!! The attention was warm and professional, they explained the procedure to follow and I was very pleased with the service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEGLIGENTES y NO TIENEN CUIDADO.
El día de hoy traje a mi perrito (este es el hospital dónde siempre traigo a mi otra perrita) por un daño en el ojo izquierdo, lo revisaron y al aplicarle un antinflamatorio usaron una botella con "alcohol" y (que realmente era FORMOL y en ese momento no sabíamos) mi perro empezó a toser, alterarse, rascarse, etc. Me dijeron que se quedaría en observación porque tal vez era una reacción al antinflamatorio. Al regresar por el nos explicaron que alguien le puso formol a la botella de alcohol y por eso se puso mal.
Por supuesto haré las denuncias respectivas, pero NO ASISTAN A ESTE LUGAR, yo tampoco volveré obviamente.
NEGLIGENT and NOT CAREFUL.
Today I brought my puppy (this is the hospital where I always bring my other dog) for damage to his left eye, they checked him and when they applied an anti-inflammatory they used a bottle with "alcohol" and (which was really FORMOL and at that time we did not know) my dog started coughing, fidgeting, scratching, etc. They told me he would stay under observation because maybe it was a reaction to the anti-inflammatory. When they came back for him, they explained to us that someone put formaldehyde in the alcohol bottle and that's why it got sick.
Of course I will make the respective complaints, but DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE, I will not return obviously either.

Los precios son algo altos, pero nada exagerado, y cuando se trata de la salud de nuestros compañeros peludos creo que no se debe escatimar en gastos.

I have visited this site several times already and I have always received good treatment from myself and my pets. They always speak the truth to you and do their best to give the best care to pets. I give a special thanks and recognition to mvz Raúl, who performs impeccably in his work.
The prices are somewhat high, but nothing exaggerated, and when it comes to the health of our furry companions I believe that no expense should be spared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado cuando dejen a sus perros en pensión o por cualquier cosa, he visto salir a un chico que supongo les ayuda, os saca a pasear y los regaña muy feo y se la pasa jaloneandolos, no los deja oler ni hacer sus necesidades a gusto. Los veterinarios deberían tener cuidado a quien tienen para que les ayude, porque si no les importa como trate este chico a los perros, imaginense como será la atención de ellos cuando no están los tutores!
Be careful when you leave your dogs in a boarding house or for anything else, I have seen a boy go out who I suppose helps them, he takes you out for a walk and scolds them very ugly and keeps pulling them, he does not let them smell or relieve themselves at ease . Veterinarians should be careful who they have to help them, because if you don't care how this boy treats the dogs, imagine what their care will be like when the guardians are not there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, todo el personal incluyendo a asistentes, ayudantes y limpieza tienen toda mi admiración , demuestran estar comprometidos con su trabajo y sobre todo la atención hacía la mascota. Tuve la oportunidad de entrar y quedé admirado limpieza impecable, tu mascota está segura y resguardada, NO HAY MALTRATO ALGUNO, instalaciones de primera dónde tienen a las mascotas ,,quien los cuida está comprometido con su trabajo.Tiene amor, pacion y respeto por las mascotas,. Y si los sacan a pasear les dan el tiempo necesario y sin maltrato alguno además levantan las eses de los perros que sacan a pasear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Al personal no le importa ejercer con ética su trabajo, sino hacer negocio a costa de la reputación de la clínica. Incitó al propietario de la clínica estar al pendiente del trato que ofrecen sus empleados ya que deja mucho que desear.
