Cuando lleves a tu mascota a este lugar ten en cuenta que al pisar ya son 500 pesos, la mision y visión es que al paciente se le cobre lo mayor posible te cobran por estudios que no les hacen porque no te entegran los resultados, mi bebe cachorro tuvo que ser internado y se quedo un dia mas de lo indicado ademas no me preguntaron si aceptaba (obvio a pagar un dia mas) porque fue viernes santo e iban a descansar, no le dieron de comer porque al salir salio como desesperado queriendo comer, al quedarse dos días hubieran detectado que la comida en lata no le estaba cayendo bien porque defecaba diarrea, no estaba aceptando los nutrientes de ese alimento la doctora que lo atendió amable pero no asertiva y su chico de recepción sin tacto para atender es el típico como te ve te trata (muy mal muchacho), el cachorro recayó porque tenía un problema severo de parásitos que no le diagnosticaron ahí

Estuve allí con mi perro el 07/05/2022. Supuestamente me atendería un especialista en dermatología. Sin embargo, la receta de quien me atendió solo dice M.V.Z., y su número de Cédula Profesional, sin mencionar ninguna especialidad ni certificación que acredite que es dermatóloga. Su nombre es Laura Miranda Contreras. Instalaciones, bien. Equipo, bien. Precios, altos. Trato al paciente, poco menos que bien. Trato al dueño, desagradable. Poca paciencia de la doctora. Cuando le mencioné lo que se había recetado anteriormente, y le mostré los análisis que se habían realizado, todo, absolutamente TODO, lo descalificó. Todo lo recetado era erróneo según ella, y el laboratorio de análisis 'sabrå si es bueno, no sé quiénes sean' (obviamente no sabe, pues está muy lejos de donde ella se ubica)Eso fue durante la consulta presencial. Posteriormente llamé para consultarle dudas que tenía sobre el tratamiento que indicó para mi perro. Tomó la llamada después de muchísimo rato (quiero creer que estaba en consulta). En vez de aclarar mis dudas fue grosera y poco gentil. Había indicado lavados óticos, y le pregunté si tenía la certeza de que el tímpano de mi perro estaba bien, a lo que contestó que 'el animal es muy nervioso, y no lo pude revisar bien. Para eso habría que sedarlo, y usted habría tenido que pagar la sedación ', cosa que en ningún momento mencionó mientras estuvimos en consulta. Le dije que es desagradable que todo lo que hagan y/o indiquen los demás lo descalifica, que tal parece que la única que sí sabe es ella, y como no le gustó, terminó colgándome el teléfono. Está de más decir que no volveré a llevar a ninguno de mis peludos allí, pues además de lo lejos que está, cobran caro y recetan puros medicamentos de patente y caros.

???????Conozco al Doctor Camilo de años atras y es un médico muy bueno pero solamente me gustaria hacer la observación de su hospitalización. No entiendo porque ya no los reciben despues de las 7 tañ vez por seguridad y porque ya es mas noche?? pero podrian cambiar su horario de acuerdo al horario de verano, si esa es la situación. Hoy un familiar quiso llevar a su perrita de urgencia iba muy malita y llegaron 5 minutos antes de las 7:00 y ya no se la recibieron, eso no esta padre.?????
