No comía nada de lo que le daba y devolvía un líquido amarillo, por lo que tuve que llevarlo a revisión. En vez de enfocarse en los síntomas, comenzó a dar cátedra de su conocimiento como veterinario y por si fuera poco, criticó a otros establecimientos, cosa que no tenía por qué hacer. Fue una larga conversación sin propósito ni objetivo, donde al final de cuentas dijo que le suministraría una tableta de antiácido por la cantidad de $350 MXN. En conclusión y siendo objetivos, no es forma de tratar a un cliente, sin mencionar que de forma ridicula cobró $100 MXN por no hacer nada y además, que el local carece de limpieza adecuada y presenta olores. I came a couple of days ago to see my dog, who had problems with reflux. He did not eat anything he gave him and returned a yellow liquid, so I had to take him for a review. Instead of focusing on the symptoms, he began to lecture on his knowledge as a vet and to top it off, he criticized other establishments, which he had no reason to do. It was a long conversation without purpose or objective, where at the end of the day he said that he would supply him with an antacid tablet in the amount of $ 350 MXN. In conclusion and being objective, it is not a way to treat a client, not to mention that ridiculously he charged $ 100 MXN for doing nothing and also that the place lacks proper cleaning and smells.

R	Ro Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Háganse un favor y nunca lleven a sus mascotas aquí ni compren nada de lo que venden, para empezar el anciano con aires de grandeza en lugar de dar una consulta se pone a adularse a sí mismo y ni se te ocurra decir que haz ido con otros veterinarios por qué se enoja, el establecimiento está asquerosamente sucio de todos lados y huele mal, las medicinas que vende están en pésimas condiciones tan viejas que a duras penas se les ve el nombre en el empaque, si el trato que le da a uno como persona es pésimo y totalmente grosero no me quiero ni imaginar cómo trata a los cachorros que le llevan, si pudiera le daría 0 estrellas. Do yourself a favor and never take your pets here or buy anything they sell, to begin with the old man with an air of grandeur instead of giving a consultation he starts flattering himself and don't even think about saying that you've gone with others veterinarians why do you get angry, the establishment is disgustingly dirty everywhere and smells bad, the medicines you sell are in terrible condition so old that you can barely see the name on the packaging, if the treatment you give to one as person is lousy and totally rude I don't even want to imagine how he treats the puppies they take him, if I could I would give him 0 stars.
