★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ha vuelto excesivamente caro y la atención no es de lo mejor. Ellos ofrecen un servicio 24 hrs. por lo cual siempre hay alguien atendiendo, pero si vas en horario nocturno o en domingo, el cobro es altísimo, no se justifica ya que no estás sacando al Dr. para que vaya a atenderlo, ellos ya están ahí!! Adicionalmente, los doctores no te dan una explicación de lo que tiene tu mascota, todo el tiempo quieren que le hagas estudios y/o radiografías, etc. creo que la calidad ha mermado mucho y costo ha incrementado demasiado!!

They offer a 24 hour service. for which there is always someone attending, but if you go at night or on Sunday, the charge is very high, it is not justified since you are not taking the doctor out to attend to him, they are already there! Additionally, doctors do not give you an explanation of what your pet has, all the time they want you to do studies and/or x-rays, etc. I think the quality has decreased a lot and the cost has increased too much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrito por una urgencia, lo único que me importaba era que estuviera bien, lo que me sorprendio fueron los costos extremadamente elevados! La consulta de urgencia en $950! Además de las medicinas, la estancia, los análisis que se le debían de prácticar, fácil en total del tratamiento fueron poco más de $6,000 en 3 días. Gracias a Dios tenía como solventarlo, y pues claramente la vida de mi perrito no tiene precio.
Por otro lado el trato tanto para mi mascota como para mí fueron excelentes, las atenciones en general muy buenas, y lo más importante... mi perrito revivió y gracias a Dios y a las doctoras sigue aquí con nosotros, lo cual puedo decir que valió la pena. Volvería a llevarla en caso de urgencias, pero sinceramente creo que hay veterinarios igual de excelente o mejor preparación, pero no con costos no tan elevados. Igual esto se debe al lugar y a la zona en la que están, muchas gracias doctor@s!

I would take her again in case of emergencies, but I honestly believe that there are veterinarians that are just as excellent or better prepared, but not with costs that are not so high. Maybe this is due to the place and the area in which they are, thank you very much doctor @ s!
