G	Guillermo Leyva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo en todas las palabras, lleve una gatita embarazada con la fuente rota y con una parte de la bolsa colgando, se le dijo que tenia más de un día en ese estado, esto sucedió un sábado, el dijo que le darian de comer y nos iría informand, nunca contestó los WhatsApp ni las llamadas, el lunes mando un mensaje preguntando si aceptaba la operación para esterilización, y al poco tiempo mando otro mensaje en el que decía que la gatita había muerto, este mensaje estaba pésimamente redactado y sin una explicación coherente, cuando fuimos por el cuerpo preguntamos por los gatitos a lo que contestaron que los tiraron a la basura, sin saber si estaban muertos o vivos. Una semana después un vecino fue a preguntar por la misma gatita y le veterinario les dijo que estaba bien que ya se la habían llevado y le cobro 800 pesos. Es algo fuera de ética y también abuso, solo demostró que no es profesional y que no les interesan en lo mínimo las mascotas. Si en verdad valoran sus mascotas no las lleven ahí por nada del mundo. A week later a neighbor went to ask about the same kitten and the vet told them that it was fine that they had already taken her and charged him 800 pesos. It is something unethical and also abuse, it just showed that he is not professional and that they do not care in the least for pets. If you really value your pets, don't take them there for the world.
