P	Pepe Chugas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mataron a mi perrito, no soy el único caso que por negligencia y falta de capacidades la Dra Ivette Liliana Vargas (propietaria del hospital) muere un ser vivo con los mismo derechos que cualquier otro ser vivo. Además de no aceptar su error el cual llevo a mi perrito a un paro respiratorio por la mala administración de un medicamento fue muy grosera y en conjunto con otro médico quiso cubrir su error y vernos la cara. Han muerto varios perritos ahí por administrarles anestesia para bañarlos cuando no se dejan sin autorización de sus dueños. Los golpean cuando no se dejan bañar también. En fin, es deplorable que juren servir como MVZ y no tengan ni tantito amor por los animales. La dueña es la MVZ (que claramente no merece tener ese título) Ivette Liliana Vargas Ortega, mucho cuidado con sus mascotas, no tiene nada de experiencia y tengo varios conocidos que han tenido experiencias así en esa veterinaria. Platicando con vecinos de la zona mencionan que son famoso porque se les mueren los perritos seguido por errores de la Doctora o por dormirlos para bañarlos. Llego con el ojo rojo, inflamado y nos dijeron “probablemente sea el perfume” tal vez 1 semana después notamos que tenia los problemas de vista y después otro veterinario nos dijo que había perdido casi por completo la vista de su ojo izquierdo. Claro, no los culpo a fin de cuentas seguimos llevando a mis dos perros hasta el 2021, comodidad, precio accesible, no se… repito su atención de consulta me parece bueno. En cuanto a mi perrita, jamás nos marcaron para decir que no se dejaba bañar, solo al regresar por ella nos decían que era una perrita nerviosa. Y bueno, aunque no fuera intencional muchas veces regreso herida de sus patas. Y se me hace increíble como quieran negar lo que nos dijeron que no tenían espacio para el servicio de Eutanasia, repito no es el mejor servicio pero en ese momento era el más conveniente. CREO QUE SOLO HACE FALTA QUE VEAN TODOS LOS COMENTARIOS QUE LES HAN DEJADO DE MALTRATO A LOS ANIMALES, MAL SERVICIO Y 0 PROFESIONALISMO. NADIE SE PONE DE ACUERDO PARA DIFAMALOS. Lo que si es una injusticia son sus comentarios tratando de Justificar sus errores cuando claramente los perros no pueden hablar y defenderse. Espero puedan tomar los comentarios de los que fuimos sus clientes de una manera responsable. Les deseo mucho éxito y que sigan mejorando su servicio. ??? I I I Por muchos años lleve a mis perritos ahí tanto a estética como a consulta. A mi perrito lo dejaron ciego de un ojo después de un baño. Reclamamos de inmediato y nos dijeron que le había entrado perfume al ojo. Ni siquiera pensaron en decirnos que podían darnos Algún tratamiento o gotas para sus ojos. Después, adoptamos una perrita, la verdad me arrepiento de haberla llevado a estética TANTAS VECES si siempre regresaba con heridas en sus patas. Y bueno, jamas jamas le hacían el corte de pelo como les decíamos, con foto, tratar de explicar lo más posible, se les hacía más fácil raparla y déjala con hoyos sin pelo y rosada. No había vez que ni perrita no temblará y llorará cuando estábamos cerca del local (sabía a donde iba) en algunas ocasiones la llevamos a otro servicio de estética y su comportamiento era totalmente diferente. No, no era una “perrita nerviosa” como le decía la persona que baña a perros. Era una perrita asustada que siempre le cortaban las patas y le dejaban sangrando las garras. Por si fuera poco, mi perrita tenia tumores por lo que dolorosamente tomamos la decisión de dormirla, marcamos para poder realizar el servicio ahi (que en la consulta previa nos dijeron que tenían ese servicio disponible) y nos dijeron que la lleváramos al otro día en la mañana pero que no tenían espacio hasta en dos días. Long story short , claramente mi perrita no aguanto y falleció ese mismo día que hicimos la llamada. Lamentablemente por cuestiones de trabajo, koala es el lugar más cercano a nosotros y por eso los llevamos ahí por mucho tiempo. Pero por ningún motivo, volvería a llevar a ninguna mascota ahí. Unfortunately for work reasons, Koala is the closest place to us and that is why we take them there for a long time. But for no reason would I take any pet there again.

Asesórense con alguien más porque una mala medicación puede contraer otros problemas. Incluso a 2 de mis gatos con el mismo problema me estaban recetando diferentes medicamentos con tal de vender. También llevé a cirugía a una gatita y la suturaron mal. They gave my cat a very high dose of antibiotics, they even gave him an extra antibiotic. Y EFECTIVAMENTE. NO TIENEN CUIDADO CON LOS PERRITOS MALTRATARON Y CORTARON A MI MASCOTA HACIÉNDOLE UNA "CURACIÓN" LA CUAL ME COMENTO OTRO VETERINARIO QUE ESTABA MAL REALIZADA. SON NEFASTOS!!!!
