★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo Hospital o Me toco un pesimo Doctor , tines que llegar con una tarjeta de credito pegada en la frente para que tu mascota sea atendida rapidamente , si, no dile a tu mascota que te avise que se siente mal con 2 horas de anticipación para que comience a sentirse mal en los 60 min que te hace cotización y mientras vean como se esta muriendo y no hagan nada ni por humanidad o etica que deberian tener , si piensan gastar busquen otra opción que no sea esta mala atención, pesimos doctores acargo o almenos el que atendió a mi perrito ni si quiera supo decirme la hora del deceso , ni sabemos su nombre ("doctor "de complección ancha , cabello negro semi rizado, anteojos).
NO LLEVEN A SUS MASCOTAS AHI, BUSQUEN OTRA OPCIÓN CON TIEMPO¡¡¡¡ (pongo 1 estrella para que mi comentario pueda ser publicado pero no se merecen ni tener abierto ese lugar)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hospital que tiene mucha tecnología y las instalaciones aparentan lo mejor, pero los doctores les falta la experiencia y humanismo, con lo que experimente puedo decir que simplemente van detrás de tu dinero. Lleve a mi gatito, dispuesta a gastar lo que fuera para que me lo sanaran, pero resultó lo contrario. Le hicieron una gran cantidad de exámenes, que aún haciéndole eso, no supieron diagnosticar lo que tenía. Son amables a simple vista, pero con el objetivo de cobrarte solo dejándolo que pase varios dias hospitalizado. Al final, me lo entregaron en pesimas condiciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acudí a una segunda opción para valorar a mi perrita que estaba gestante, al inicio todo bien me atendió el Dr Pablo Moya; sin embargo un día tuve una urgencia y acudí por la noche... Yo confíe porque se supone son profesionales, me atendieron unos médicos que aseguraron era necesario realizar los estudios dr sangre que tenia programados para días después, incluso dijeron que podía dejarla hospitalizada ya que por el ultrasonido que le habían realizado podían nacer al siguiente día, o bien llevármela a casa y regresar por la mañana, los laboratorios me loa entregaron a medias que porque no servía el equipo y al día siguiente cuando me los mandan tenían otro nombre, llamaron para decir que si eran pero se habían equivocado, acudí por la mañana y otras Dras me dijeron que no que aún bo era tiempo, el Dr Pablo se comunicó conmigo para solucionar el problema de los laboratorios y demás ya que un estudio ni siquiera estaba indicado, confíe nuevamente y quedamos que solo él atendería a mi mascota, hoy tuve nuevamente una urgencia y la nefasta recepcionista no pudo resolver el problema, nunca pidió opinión de ningún médico tampoco le importo lo que le comentaba, ni tuvo la amabilidad de contactar al Dr Pablo para saber que procedía, afortunadamente mi perrita esta bien sin embargo los cachorros no lograron sobrevivir gracias a la negligencia de los médicos y más de la recepcionista que no tiene nada de tacto para ayudar a los pacientes ante una urgencia.

Médicos que por la tarde no tienen ni idea de la evolución del perro, con informes escuetos, que te mencionan alta y en la mañana "no para nada, no se va". 2 días de efectivo internamiento necesario y otros dos sin cumplir criterios de internamiento. Hay que vivirlo para darte cuenta que de inicio todo funciona, hasta que se convierte en pagar y pagar por algo que puede seguir sucediendo en casa; SIN LUGAR A DUDAS BUSQUEN OTRA OPCION. Lo dieron de alta, cuando ya estaba dispuesta a hacer un alta voluntaria. No dudo de la capacidad de sus médicos, pero la clínica como negocio aplasta esa idea de un buen médico. Ojalá sus médicos trabajaran para otro hospital veterinario menos ambicioso. Presupuesto inicial por día $400 según el médico que te recibe, realidad no menos de $1000 al día, para que piensen si de verdad ese es el lugar donde van a llevar a su mascota. Hasta que empecé a notarlo desafortunadamente es que leí los demás comentarios. Lo único que me llevó ahí fue su servicio 24 hrs, ojalá pudiera encontrar a la doctora que de inicio nos atendió, completa calidad humana... sin tener que ir a su negocio con facturación mínima mensual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, acaban de dar de alta a mi perro, estoy en espera de su factura ya que aún no me la envían, así como también el desglose de los servicios que nos ofrecieron, ya que no vienen desglosados y varios de ellos no son sujetos de IVA, de igual forma la explicación del incremento de la cuenta de $6,000 de un día para otro cuándo el perro ya no recibió atención o estudio alguno.
De igual forma, estaría padre que no se contradigan en los informes médicos, no inventen estudios que no se realizaron y si fue así que se entreguen con el alta medica y el resumen médico al cual se tiene derecho por los servicios.
Nos quedamos con una pésima experiencia, lástima que cuentan con los recursos para ser un Hospital de Gran atención, pierden a los pacientes por su pésima manera de sacar dinero de forma injustificada.
Afortunadamente mi perro está bien, pero tener a una mascota encerrada en jaula, sin el aseo debido por más de 2 días pudiendo estar en casa pero no haber cumplido con el objetivo de facturación, eso es falta de ética profesional, recuerden que están para atender a los más consentidos en casa y las mascotas más queridas por familias, un hospital es un negocio, claro, pero no jugar con la salud y bienestar de las mascotas por cumplir un objetivo económico.
