I do not recommend the veterinary hospital, the employees are disorganized, they do not have the necessary equipment, you make an appointment and they do not respect the schedules. The vet mishandles the animals, he hurt my Chihuahua because he used too much force to take her temperature and give her a pill. They have no tact to make recommendations, they do not know how to calm and treat animals with affection. In addition, they do not follow the covid protocol, the employees do not use face masks, there is no gel, they eat while they are serving you.

I took her to veterinary doctors in Culiacán and Mazatlán looking for help. Sam (Samantha) was a happy active dog with a lot of fur and suddenly she would not stop scratching and crying from so much itching that she felt. He suffered for many months. I found a "cure" and it was only temporary. Sam started losing his hair, his skin was dry, he suddenly had red spots on his skin, he sneezed and lacerated his skin from scratching so much. I came to bring her bandaged so she wouldn't hurt herself, I covered her with a coat that is used so that when they hear the thunder dogs they don't get scared, I brought her full of ointments, I gave her many, many treatments. She never lost her joy, energy or GAD appetite. My other concern was his stomach and kidneys from so much medicine and omeprazole. They prescribed hydrolyzed food because it was established that it was an allergy and he used a special shampoo. I stopped walking her on the beach, grass, dirt. alone on the pavement. Fortunately for me, it was Dr. Chrisma who told me that she had many little patients with the same allergy problem as Sam. I incredulously but hopefully asked her to consult her since she spoke to me with confidence and I saw the doctor's empathy towards Samantha. The doctor empathizes with her patients, follows up, is very professional and has extensive knowledge of her profession. He followed up on the allergy treatment he was taking at the time and made some very successful changes. He sent her to do blood tests to find out what she was allergic to, which no one had offered me, some doctors don't know that there is such a study for dogs or that there is a laboratory right here in Mazatlan that does those tests. We established the cause of the allergy and now we are happy. I spent a lot of money on inexperienced doctors but that's not the point. They hurt Sam a lot because of his arrogance.
