★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisamente con nuestra perrita Samy no se hizo todo lo médicamente posible ya que ustedes jamás le dieron seguimiento a su caso y su última opción que se nos dio fue la de Eutanasia, sabemos que de haberla llevado con otra veterinaria hubiésemos podido salvarla.
Y si fuimos a comprar el collar Isabelino fue porque era el único lugar abierto en el momento y lo único que a ustedes les importaba era que pagáramos la diferencia por cambio de producto (lo cual hicieron con una pésima actitud), no van a atender a nuestra mascota nunca porque no queremos volver a este lugar!
Mejor revisen cuantos comentarios malos tienen a ver si les sirve para mejorar su servicio de estética porque de veterinaria no tienen idea.
Precisely with our dog Samy not everything medically possible was done since you never followed up on her case and her last option given to us was Euthanasia, we know that if we had taken her to another veterinarian we could have saved her.
And if we went to buy the Isabelino necklace it was because it was the only place open at the time and the only thing that mattered to you was that we pay the difference for changing the product (which you did with a terrible attitude), you will not attend to our pet never because we do not want to return to this place!
Better check how many bad comments they have to see if it helps them to improve their aesthetic service because they have no idea as veterinarians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes Profesionales llegue asustada xq un perro grande mordio a mi perrito y aquí me explicaron que siempre que haya una mordida no se puede dejar esperar más de 2 horas xq puede crearse tejido muerto y por la gran cantidad de bacterias en los dientes de los animales puede llegar haber infección . Gracias a Dios todas las heridas eran superficiales y mi Toby esta súper bien recomiendo en plenitud a la Dra Zuleima !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent Professionals I arrived scared because a large dog bit my puppy and here they explained to me that whenever there is a bite you cannot wait more than 2 hours because dead tissue can be created and due to the large amount of bacteria on the animals' teeth it can become infected. Thank God all the wounds were superficial and my Toby is super well, I fully recommend Dr. Zuleima !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
