M	Marco Crespo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desde que llegue (esperando a que abrieran) me dijeron que si estaba estacionado para ir a alguno de los locales (desde ese momento me senti incomodo) despues cuando pregunte por costos e informacion sobre el "adiestramiento" para perros, me dijeron que por las caracteristicas de mi perro (el cual no iba con nosotros), era mejor tratarlo yo primero y que se "acoplara a mi" para que despues ellos pudieran aceptarlo. a mi parecer primero debieron haber visto a mi perro para decirme si sí o si no. las vacunas, tratamientos y servicios se me hicieron demasiado caros, pero entiendo que por la "ubicacion" deben de mantener un "status". p.d. el veterinario jamas se puso cubrebocas, lo cual me hizo sentir mas incomodo, y aun asi nos hizo ponernos gel antibacterial a nosotros. since I arrived (waiting for them to open) they told me that if I was parked to go to any of the premises (from that moment I felt uncomfortable) then when I asked for costs and information on "training" for dogs, they told me that by the characteristics of my dog (which did not go with us), it was better to treat him first and have him "couple to me" so that later they could accept him. In my opinion they should have seen my dog first to tell me yes or no. The vaccines, treatments and services were too expensive for me, but I understand that due to the "location" they must maintain a "status". P.S. The vet never wore a mask, which made me feel more uncomfortable, and still made us put antibacterial gel on ourselves.

Llegué y que la Dra. no le gusta tratar enfermedades de la piel solo dijo que podrían ser varias cosas (lo que yo ya sabía) en fin me cobraron la consulta de $350.00 y no me solucionaron nada. Yo no lo recomiendo I got on the phone and asked if the vet saw skin conditions and was told yes. I arrived and that the Dr. does not like to treat skin diseases, she only said that it could be several things (which I already knew) in the end they charged me $350.00 for the consultation and they did not solve anything for me. M	Mara Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo siempre recurría a este lugar para la estética Canina, antes mandaban a casa una camioneta para bañar y arreglar a mi perrita, ya no la tienen y ahora hay que sacar cita directamente con la veterinaria. Llamé y me dijeron que la llevara a las 10 am. fui y me dijeron que regresará a las 13 hrs. Se me hizo raro tanto tiempo, pero confié que sería para hacer su trabajo bien. Cuando regresé todavía no habían terminado, la dejaron mal cortada y les había faltado cortar las uñas cosa que me di cuenta llegando a casa y tuve que regresar. Le cortaron y al final me di cuenta que aún le faltaban por cortar algunas uñas y el trabajo fue muy malo. Me molesta que la tuvieron 5 horas y al final le hicieron un trabajo muy rápido y mediocre. No sé para qué piden llevarlos con horas de anticipación y después trabajar pésimo. No vuelvo a este lugar.
