★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que como venta de accesorios y una revisión rápida, es buena. Pero más allá de eso mantengo mis buenos comentarios. Fueron muy agresivos con los medicamentos que le dieron a mi perro, siendo un cachorro, su doctora tenía un carácter muy pesado y a veces nos trataba bien y otras veces nos trataba indiferente, otras veces solo quería hacer menos mis sentimientos en ese momento sin saber nada de mi vida privada y haciéndome entender que era mi culpa que mi perro siguiera enfermo. Alguna vez llevé a mis mascotas a grooming aquí y me las entregaron sedadas, ¿ustedes saben que poner bozal, y sedar a tus mascotas sin tu consentimiento es negligencia? O que incluso se considera maltrato animal? Los dos duraron sedados el día entero. Estoy agradecida con la ayuda que nos dieron, por otro lado decepcionada por el trato que le dieron a mis cachorros.
I think as an accessory sale and a quick review, it is good. But beyond that I keep my good comments. They were very aggressive with the medications they gave my dog, being a puppy, his doctor had a very heavy character and sometimes she treated us well and other times she treated us indifferently, other times she just wanted to make my feelings less at that time without knowing anything of my private life and making me understand that it was my fault that my dog was still sick. I once took my pets to grooming here and they were delivered sedated, do you know that muzzling and sedating your pets without your consent is negligence? Or is it even considered animal abuse? Both were sedated for the entire day. I am grateful for the help they gave us, on the other hand disappointed by the treatment they gave my puppies.
