Diana Salazar, Adoptamos un perrito de tres meses criollo lo llevamos a revisión muy contentos con el servicio, nos tocó que atenderá emergencia de un periquito australiano que tenía problemas para poner huevos quedamos sorprendidos de su trabajo y comprometida con los animales un súper trato. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ahorrarse el titular unos pesos y contratar pasantes o sin experiencia en emergencias , tienes un perro muerto ya. Para qué ofrecen servicios que no tienen la capacidad de atender? Sólo por el dinero? Se les fue la vocación de salvar vidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi gatita de emergencia y me dijo que tenía una enfermedad viral y que el 80% moría. Que tenía que internarla y ver si mejoraba, así sin hacerle estudios, ni radiografía, ni nada, además no me dio ningún papel con diagnóstico o algo confiable. Fui a tirar $500 en una "consulta" con personal incompetente. Después fui al Hospital Veterinario Echegaray y le hicieron estudios de sangre y radiografía inmediatamente para comenzar a descartar las causas y dar un diagnóstico.
Neta no vayan, sólo quieren sacar dinero y no saben cómo tratar a los animalitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puse una estrella porque de lo contrario no podría dar mi opinión , pero es la peor clínica que he visitado, hace unos meses llevé a mi Yorkie de emergencia que tenía vómito y diarrea, y sólo "creyeron" que tenía gastroenteritis , así estuvo internada por 2 días empeorando y sin hacerle estudios nuevos... opté por sacarla del lugar y llevarla con otro veterinario y de inmediato comenzaron a hacerle pruebas diagnosticandole parvovirus ... por suerte sobrevivió gracias al tratamiento que le dieron. Se los suplico no lleven a sus cachorritos ahí el trato es nefasto y poco profesional .

I opted to remove her from the place and take her to another vet and they immediately began to test her for parvovirus ... luckily she survived thanks to the treatment they gave her. I beg you not to take your puppies there, the treatment is disastrous and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden pasantes sin experiencia en emergencias, cero profesionales. Mejor tener la clínica cerrada que con personas que te den un mal diagnóstico y que maten a tus mascotas. Solo se tiraron a la basura los 500 de su colnsulta. No Expongan a sus mascotas. ??

Agradezco su respuesta, si revisaste las cámaras sabrás que la forma como pesaron a mis mascotas, o les tomaron la temperatura o peor aún cómo decide administrarles el medicamento y la dosis. No se necesita ser un experto para saberlo, es una burla lo que me dices.
They attend interns without experience in emergencies, zero professionals. Better to have the clinic closed than with people who give you a bad diagnosis and kill your pets. Only 500 of his colnsulta were thrown away. Do not expose your pets. ??

I appreciate your response, if you checked the cameras you will know that the way they weighed my pets, or they took the temperature or worse still how they decide to administer the medication and the dose. You don't need to be an expert to know, it's a mockery what you tell me.

There is room for improvement in attention to detail with scheduling and other minor issues that could prove annoying over time though.
