★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 la atención que se le dió a mi conejito fue excelente, muy atentos, pacientes y muy amables conmigo y mi mascota, en la recepción no había nadie al llegar pero lo compensó la buena atención de parte de los veterinarios.

La médico que nos atendió en general bien, el trato del personal bien, y también bien la recepción. Sin embargo, los protocolos de atención no los tienen bien claros en términos de estudios y tratamientos. Por ejemplo, nos mostraron un ultrasonido, del cual la interpretación fue muy básica, y teniendo en consideración la información que puede dar este tipo de análisis, genera una percepción de poco conocimiento por parte de todo el personal médico, ya que ellos mismos argumentan que trabajan en equipo. Viajábamos 1 hora para llevar a nuestra mascota cada tercer día para darle seguimiento porque de los hospitales en Toluca, las opiniones no eran malas; aunque en lo personal, como profesional y cliente quedé decepcionado al ver el desorden que tienen (envío de resultados, seguimiento, falla de equipos, protocolo de atención, etc). En resumen, solo es fama lo que tiene este hospital Reynoso, pero en lo profesional, para nada se recomienda. Lo que me quedó de analizar es si hacen falta especialistas en veterinaria, no solo en este hospital, sino a nivel general; ya que si no son enfermedades o lesiones comunes, les cuesta mucho estructurar, interpretar, y dar un diagnóstico cercano a la patología que muestran las mascotas.

The doctor who treated us was generally good, the treatment of the staff was good, and the reception was also good. However, care protocols are not very clear in terms of studies and treatments. For example, they showed us an ultrasound, of which the interpretation was very basic, and taking into account the information that this type of analysis can give, it generates a perception of little knowledge on the part of all the medical personnel, since they themselves argue that they work as a team. We traveled 1 hour to take our pet every third day to follow up because of the hospitals in Toluca, the opinions were not bad; Although personally, as a professional and client, I was disappointed to see the disorder they have (sending results, follow-up, equipment failure, service protocol, etc). In summary, this Reynoso hospital is only famous, but professionally, it is not recommended at all. What remained for me to analyze is whether veterinary specialists are needed, not only in this hospital, but at a general level; since if they are not common diseases or injuries, it is very difficult for them to structure, interpret, and give a diagnosis close to the pathology that pets show.
