★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente tuve una mala experiencia. Primero me gustaría aclarar que no conozco al veterinario titular, las dos veces que lleve a mi cachorro me dijeron que estaba de vacaciones.
Ese fue justo el problema, las personas que se quedaron a cargo no tienen la experiencia necesaria para atanderte, cosa que deberían decirte y si bien en cuanto a trato a las mascotas no hay queja, son cuidadosos y atentos, repito no tienen la experiencia necesaria.
Lleve a mi cachorro de un mes, les comente que lo adopte de un grupo rescatista, que tenia un día con el, lo lleve para una revisión general y me dijeron que se podía desparasitar, tres dosis, tres días seguidos, supe después que fue un gran error, dejo de comer, vómitos, diarrea y de nueva cuenta confié en ellos, pagando todas las pruebas y medicamentos que me indicaron, lamentablemente mi cachorro murió unos días después, confié en sus diagnósticos y el día que murió lo revisaron tres veterinarios diferentes y me explicaron todo lo que se había hecho mal.
Repito, no conozco al veterinario titular, pero los dos que me atendieron es obvio que tienen buenas intenciones pero no la experiencia necesaria y por ello mi cachorro murió, solo pido profesionalismo para hacerte saber que no pueden atender ciertas cosas y no actuar por generar un ingreso extra.

That was just the problem, the people who were in charge do not have the necessary experience to tie you up, which they should tell you and although in terms of treating pets there are no complaints, they are careful and attentive, I repeat they do not have the necessary experience .
I took my one-month-old puppy, I told them to adopt him from a rescue group, that I had a day with him, I took him for a general check-up and they told me that he could be dewormed, three doses, three days in a row, I found out later that it was a big mistake, I stopped eating, vomiting, diarrhea and again I trusted them, paying for all the tests and medications that they indicated to me, unfortunately my puppy died a few days later, I trusted his diagnoses and the day he died he was checked by three veterinarians different and they explained to me everything that had been done wrong.
I repeat, I do not know the head veterinarian, but the two who attended me it is obvious that they have good intentions but not the necessary experience and therefore my puppy died, I only ask for professionalism to let you know that they cannot attend to certain things and not act to generate a extra income.
