★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos precios, buen horario. Pero el dueño necesita involucrarse más pues son lentos. Y anteriormente tuvieron una recepcionista con pésima actitud que hizo que temporalmente acudiera a otra veterinaria.
 Good prices, good hours. But the owner needs to get more involved as they are slow. And previously they had a receptionist with a terrible attitude that made him temporarily go to another veterinarian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte de las recepcionistas (las 2 que me han tocado) deja mucho que desear pues son groseras mal encaradas y cortantes.
Los veterinarios no se xq pero cambian continuamente no se si tengan diferentes horarios pero no esta padre que te atiende hoy uno y te vuelve a dar cita y te toca otro veterinario xq hay que explicarle todo lo relaacionado a la mascota de nuevo.
Es un negocio establecido de hace algunos años mis mascotas se atienden ahí casi desde que empezaron con este negocio y por lo mismo me he dado cuenta de los cambios que le han ido haciendo y de cómo ahora les importa más el dinero que brindar una buena atención y servicio a sus clientes.
The attention from the receptionists (the 2 that have touched me) leaves much to be desired because they are rude, badly faced and cutting.
Veterinarians don't know xq but they change continuously I don't know if they have different schedules but there is no parent who attends you today one and gives you an appointment again and you have another vet because you have to explain everything related to the pet again.
It is an established business for some years, my pets have been cared for almost since they started this business and for the same reason I have realized the changes that have been made and how now they care more about money than providing good care and service to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mí perro hace poco a curar una cortada "superficial" y solo aplicó un punto de sutura en piel muerta lo que le complicó más la herida, lo lleve a otra veterinaria y ahí le suturaron bien pero terminé pagando más del doble
I recently took my dog to heal a "superficial" cut and he only applied a suture point to dead skin, which made the wound more complicated, I took him to another veterinarian and there they sutured well but I ended up paying more than double

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo llevé a mi perrita para que le revisaran porque en ese momento no sabía si tenía su colita fracturada, ya que chillaba horrible cada que se tocaba ahí así que la lleve para revisión, el médico que me atendió la revisó de todo EXCEPTO de su colita que era lo más importante y yo le insistí para que la revisara y el Sr. Me dijo que no, que yo había visto cómo la revisó y no encontró nada.
Pues como va a saber si se fracturó si ni siquiera tuvo la molestia de revisar su colita??
Total que la llevé a otra veterinaria, dónde SI la REVISARON y efectivamente la tenía fracturada.
Pésima atención!!
Some time ago I took my dog to be checked because at that time I did not know if her tail was fractured, since it screamed horrible every time it was touched there so I took it for review, the doctor who treated me checked everything EXCEPT for her That was the most important thing and I insisted him to review it and Mr. said no, that I had seen how he reviewed it and found nothing.
Well, how is he going to know if he was fractured if he didn't even have the trouble to check his little tail?
Total that I took her to another veterinarian, where they DID REVIEW her and she actually had her fractured.
Terrible attention !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre me atienden de manera adecuada, me encanta que te venden el medicamento necesario y no cajas completas. Amo el seguimiento que le dan a mis perros cuando están enfermos. Variedad de productos y artículos, precios justos.
No he tenido que ocupar todos los servicios, pero realmente es un hospital que tiene todo, laboratorio, RX, estética, etc.
They always treat me appropriately, I love that they sell you the necessary medicine and not complete boxes. I love the follow-up they give my dogs when they are sick. Variety of products and articles, fair prices.
I have not had to occupy all the services, but it really is a hospital that has everything, laboratory, X-ray, aesthetics, etc.
