Cuentan con mucho personal que pueden atender dudas y el Doctor como especialista da confianza en cuanto al tratamiento. Lo que solo les importa a ellos es lucrar y aprovecharse de la situación para sacarte dinero. Me la tuvieron todo un día con la herida expuesta, no me la trataron bien, según ellos ocupaba sutura, no le isieron nada y decidí sacarla de esa veterinaria, para una segúnda opinión. En la otra veterinaria me comentan que no es recomendable suturar que es mejor con curaciones para que valla sanando poco a poco. Si van a llevar a su mascota a ese lugar pienselo mejor 2 veces porque no les importa el bienestar de tu mascota, solo les importa el dinero que van a ganar con el sufrimiento de la gente que quiere ver bien a su mascota. Los Doctores tienen muchisima experiencia y ademas tienen un trato super profesional con sus clientes. Yo lleve a mi perrita Luna que es una daushaund porque le dan convulsiones, los doctores le hicieron todas los estudios necesarios y todo el tiempo me mantuvieron al tanto del estado de Luna. Gracias a todos los medicos del hospital Veterinario Santa Engracia Memorial! Highly recommended if you want your pet to be treated in a dignified and professional way.
