★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, cero profesionales. Los fines de semana a los cachorros que se quedan en servicio de estancia los dejan solos y no les dan de comer hasta el lunes después de las 12 pm. No son capaces de entregar radiografías en físico y se limitan a mandarlas vía WhatsApp siempre y cuando les insistas. El "veterinario" se vende como especialista en traumatologia y no tiene la especialidad. Su intento de asistentes son los encargados de darle la cara al cliente, dando explicaciones a medias y absurdas sobre la condición de las mascotas.
Si tienen oportunidad busquen otra opción para el cuidado de sus mascotas, estas personas no son confiables y tampoco profesionales. Sin duda buscaré notificar a las autoridades sanitarias del pésimo manejo y negligencias que ocurren en este lugar.
Terrible service, zero professionals. On weekends the puppies that remain in ranch service are left alone and not fed until Monday after 12 pm. They are not capable of delivering physical X-rays and they limit themselves to sending them via WhatsApp as long as you insist. The "vet" is sold as a trauma specialist and does not have the specialty. His attempt as assistants are in charge of facing the client, giving half and absurd explanations about the condition of the pets.
If you have the opportunity, look for another option for the care of your pets, these people are not trustworthy and they are not professionals. I will certainly seek to notify the health authorities of the abysmal handling and negligence that occurs in this place.
