They make an appointment for me at 10:30 am, I was never informed when Rutila was going to operate, she spoke 4 times with her and during the 4 calls she was super rude, super arrogant, her service was super bad. ?? By the fourth call, obviously I was already there ? which was around 3:50 pm that she didn't know anything and her answer was (the doctor already explained that until 6:30 pm) ?? When it arrived, obviously I complained to a very kind doctor and to Dr. Paulina, they were very kind. ?? At this point the girl didn't charge me the final bill, she left, the doctor charged me and we said goodbye. ?? When I went out I met this girl Jaquelín and then a white glove slap would have been: I'll help you get your dog up or an umbrella (by this point it's already raining) I ended up opening the door for her, not a single Thank you told me. ⚠️⚠️ The worst thing was I talked to the general vet, and his response was: well, it was a problem of interpretation, think carefully if someone is going to run because of you, and me net? ???? disastrous attitude! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Conclusion: go to the loving doctors, but if you meet this Jaquelín girl, be careful because she lacks a lot of customer service.
