Comenzando con la amabilidad y atención del doctor Bañales y de todo el personal del hospital.
Las instalaciones , la comida, los doctores, las enfermeras, todo es adecuado y con la atención de un servicio de primer nivel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hospital con médicos pésimos en su mayoría, gracias a sus diagnósticos malos mi familiar perdió la vida, ojalá lo hubiera llevado a otro lado. Según ellos estaba clínicamente bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible la actitud del Dr de oftalmología,lleve a mi niño d 2 años ,y nada d tacto y menos actitud para con él,y avisé q era un pequeño,si no saben manejar niños q no los acepten,solo nos hizo pasar un mal rato,y si le preguntas dudas casi t trata d tonta,según saque cita y m tardaron poco más d 1 hr en pasar,para mí no fue nada buena la experiencia.
The attitude of the ophthalmology doctor was horrible, I took my 2-year-old boy, and he had no tact and less attitude towards him, and I told him he was a little boy, if they don't know how to handle children, they shouldn't accept them, he just gave us a hard time a while, and if you ask doubts, he almost treats you silly, depending on whether I made an appointment and it took a little more than 1 hour to pass, for me the experience was not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué por una accidente de tránsito y las primera pregunta es a que se dedica ? Para saber si te pueden cobrar sumas exorbitantes por una tomografía de pie y unas placas me dijeron que el seguro no cubría más ya que solo tenia un límite con la cobertura del seguro

Iniciando por Diana y Eduardo de la parte comercial quienes nos ayudaron a resolver nuestras dudas sobre el paquete. Las chicas de admisión de urgencias fueron muy amables, los enfermeros y doctores fueron muy amables, atentos y acompañaron a mi esposa en todo momento. Durante la cesárea los médicos y enfermeras fueron muy atentos con mi esposa y conmigo, el Dr. Bañales quien llevo la intervención, en todo momento fue amable y atento con nosotros. Los doctores y enfermeros del área de hospitalización muy atentos.
La verdad es que la experiencia que nos dejó el servicio del hospital fue de 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE lugar para urgencias.. Fui con mi hija que se rompió el brazo y de entrada las enfermeras sin actitud, mal encaradas, la doctora que vino a ver la urgencia sin saludar, sin tacto para tratar a la menor..
La doctora ortopedista sin nada de gracia y con muy fea actitud para $2,500 pesos la consulta.. Y eso porque yo era de aseguradora. .. Gracias a Dios que no se operó ahí porque de entrada no genera confianza.
Super tardados en dar el cierre de gastos y salir de ahí.
Todo el tiempo las enfermeras platicando y comiendo con la doctora de urgencias
Sin dar información, sin actitud, si les pesa el trato al paciente que se alquilen en otro tipo de empleo.
Lo único rescatable fué la señora de recepción, creo que se llama Lucy.. Y del área de rayos x.. Ambos muy amables y empáticos..
Noo definitivamente no regreso.. Mi error fué solo una vez..
