★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relación costo beneficio es carisimo pues le juegan al seguro social con los tiempos.. aunque no con el cobro. Llevo aquí 3:45 horas y aún no me atienden ¿solo hay un médico para el hospital? Así parece pues mencionan que atiende urgencias y pruebas COVID los espacios no son sanitizados entre paciente y paciente estoy esperando solo para medir la calidad del servicio pues en mi opinión el centro se salud de mi colonia es más rápido y por mucho y es gratuito el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia muy mala, al agendar cita solicite silla de ruedas la cual me indicaron me ofrecerian al llegar, espere 50 minutos y nunca me la otorgaron y me indicaron reagendar cita pues ya había pasado el tiempo, total falta de respeto solo lleve a mi familiar a lastimarse mas por el tiempo de espera muy decepcionante
A very bad experience, when scheduling an appointment I requested a wheelchair which they told me they would offer me upon arrival, I waited 50 minutes and they never gave it to me and they told me to reschedule an appointment because time had already passed, total lack of respect, just take my family member to get hurt more for the waiting time very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Doctora Silvia Córdova es poco profesional y totalmente irrespetuosa a los tiempos como paciente, llegó tarde a mi cita. Los "hallazgos" que según ella encontró, me los dió en un minuto porque llegó tarde ey ya tenía paciente esperando, entrego mis resultados días después de lo prometido y me hizo esperar más de una hora pues llegó a hacerlos en ese momento, es terrible como profesional y completamente incompetente. Si tienen que recurrir con un maternofeltal, definitivamente ella es la peor opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en radiología de urgencias, la radiologa pedante y no explica nada, pagué casi mil pesos para que me dijera "que tu médico interprete", por supuesto que el ultrasonido no sirvió para absolutamente nada, esperamos más de 3 horas por posible apendicitis en una niña de 6 años y la "doctora" nos hizo esperar poniendo en riesgo la vida de mi hija pensando en que eso era lo correcto. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, pésimo servicio de "urgencias".
Terrible service in emergency radiology, the pedantic radiologist does not explain anything, I paid almost a thousand pesos for her to tell me "have your doctor interpret", of course the ultrasound did not help at all, we waited more than 3 hours due to possible appendicitis in a 6-year-old girl and the "doctor" made us wait, putting my daughter's life at risk, thinking that this was the right thing to do. I do not recommend it at all, lousy "emergency" service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de urgencias. Se entiende que por ser una cadena de particulares los precios no son muy cómodos.
Sin embargo, para cobrar están bien puestos y hasta lo que no. Horas esperando la atención de urgencia al paciente y nunca llegó, la mejor opción fue salir de ahí y buscar otro lugar. Nada recomendable, al igual que nosotros otra familia sufrió la misma mala atención y optaron también salir de ahí a buscar algo mejor.
Terrible emergency service. It is understood that for being a private chain the prices are not very comfortable.
However, to collect they are well placed and even what is not. Hours waiting for emergency care for the patient and it never came, the best option was to get out of there and find another place. Not recommended at all, just like us, another family suffered the same bad attention and they also chose to leave there to look for something better.
