★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mi experiencia, las instalaciones son muy buenas, la atención y el personal también, muy amables y pacientes en todos los departamento. Sin embargo, la calificación la otorgo porque me intervinieron y nunca pude tener la grabación de la cirugía para darle seguimiento a mi salud. Tienen un pésimo proveedor audiovisual en sus quirofanos.
 From my experience, the facilities are very good, the attention and the staff too, very kind and patient in all the departments. However, I give the qualification because they operated on me and I was never able to have the recording of the surgery to follow up on my health. They have a lousy audiovisual provider in their operating rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio desde que llegamos a urgencias para atender ahí mi parto.
Señalización clara, instalaciones impecables, cuartos muy amplios y limpios. La sala de labor parto y recuperación muy grande y con todos los elementos necesarios, tienen tina de baño, pelotas de yoga, sofá cama para el acompañante y un excelente equipo médico que te atienden super bien.
Mucha seguridad en cuneros, hay asesores de lactancia materna y todo el equipo de enfermería siempre al pendiente de ti.
Los alimentos para los pacientes con buen sabor, temperatura, variedad y te entregan rápido.
Definitivamente recomendaría este hospital para atender su parto o cesárea, todo excelente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a comer vete con tiempo por que seguro esperaras más de 45 minutos por un sándwich. La comida es rica pero no vale la pena esperar. Sin embargo es la mejor opción del lugar
If you are going to eat, leave with time because you will surely wait more than 45 minutes for a sandwich. The food is rich but not worth waiting for. However it is the best option of the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from Monterrey originally but reside now in Dallas, TX. Came down to see some of the specialists in this hospital since it was recommended to me by my Dad.
Have to say I was blown away at how amazing this Hospital is.
The architecture is beautiful, the facility, extremely clean. The people working, very knowledgeable and kind and have your best interest at heart. The doctors, are incredible. Extremely thorough and take the time to answer all of your questions and leave you feeling better than when you came in. I got the opportunity to work with the ENT field with Dr. Luis Miguel Garza Talamas and Dr Israel de La Cruz and the fact that they were bilingual and excellent doctors made my visit worth it. After 7 months of being misdiagnosed they were able to help me with my problem very quickly.
Extremely grateful, highly recommend this hospital and their service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security tried to detain me for walking off the property with my daughter simply because I wasn’t in a car. My wife was inside with my mother in-law for her appointment. They claimed they could keep me on there property. I was simply walking through the park lot to go to the mall with my 8 year old daughter.
