★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene mucho potencial y buena relación precio-calidad pero falta personal de aseo y mejores utensilios de cocina, una lastima que quitaran las bicicletas gratuitas (Aunque solo cobran 50mex por bicicleta) El encargado muestra buena actitud y ganas de mejorar el hostal.
 It has a lot of potential and good price-quality ratio but there is a lack of cleaning staff and better kitchen utensils, a shame that free bicycles were removed (Although they only charge 50mex per bike) The manager shows a good attitude and desire to improve the hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómodas habitaciones, el lugar muy limpio, el personal es muy atento. Incluye desayuno. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está muy cerca de la plaza principal y también muy cerca de Calzada de los Frailes en donde encuentras una buena oferta gastronómica.
Comfortable rooms, the place very clean, the staff is very attentive. It includes breakfast. The location is perfect since it is very close to the main square and also very close to Calzada de los Frailes where you find a good gastronomic offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que ronda desde los $130 a $150, el hostal está bien, sin embargo, considero que le hace falta mayor capacitación a los encargados, puesto que, la información y atención que brindan queda un poco incompleta e insuficiente. Solo ponen un rollo de papel en el baño y no ponen jabón para lavarse las manos y el desayuno continental es muy poco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy agradable, pero no hay personas pendientes del aseo, el desayuno, solo hay una persona que nos orientó sobre los lugares a visitar y precios, el resto del personal no conoce nada ni supo darnos información.
Ahhhh las duchas no servían, punto a favor las bicicletas gratis para recorrer el lugar.
The place is very nice, but there are no people waiting for the toilet, breakfast, there is only one person who guided us on the places to visit and prices, the rest of the staff knows nothing or knew how to give us information.
Ahhhh the showers were no good, point to free bicycles to tour the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta bien ubicado! El personal es amable pero de los 5 días que estuvimos la limpieza era 0, los baños sucios, las duchas llenas de pelos y el lava manos algunos hasta tapados! Ojalá mejoren la limpieza el lugar tiene mucho potencial, las camas son cómodas, arriendan bici.
The place is well located! The staff is friendly but the 5 days we were cleaning was 0, the bathrooms dirty, the showers full of hair and the lava hands some even covered! Hopefully improve the cleanliness the place has a lot of potential, the beds are comfortable, rent a bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que Cynthia y Fer dan a los huéspedes es magnífico! The place is neat, it is a place with quite a few shared dorms, with plenty of space and some nice hidden terraces. The place should not be considered 5 Stars, except the quality of the hosts, which greet you heartily and give you the wifi and a quick tour. Category: cheap and cheerful! Europäische Leute sind besonders wilkommen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything at this place is just a little "meh - " The staff is friendly and helpful, and it's a fine location for a brief stay. On the other hand, the family room where we stayed had no windows, the courtyard & kitchen are small, it all feels a little claustrophobic, seating is far from cozy/comfortable. There are better values for your money out there.
