Not a bad hostel experience aside from the dog in the hostel barking all the way up till 11 at night, so if your plan is to go to sleep earlier than you may want to bring earplugs. Had to cross alot of construction coming from downtown but that is not really the hostels fault, just a heads up ;)

Comfy and clean bed. Friendly staffs. Everything is fine and clean. Kitchen seem a bit mess to me, so I didn't use.

One of the rat faced teens who works here stole my wallet an a ton of expensive smartphones with expensive data on them. the wallet had like 10 credit card and a wad of cash. it became obvious because they openly played some game to lock me out the place an steal my things an then 4 months later they are using the cards to buy stuff from around the city but dumb enough to buy stuff from here. also my computers all have trackers on them many of them look like they are related so that would explain why they worked together. i dont call cops for anything they are useless. but as an USA politician i can probably eventually have the USA government seize their families properties if they are lucky to get off that easy.

Three point： if they fix ,this hostel would get better. ①Don’t lose customers clothe. I used laundry service: I gave staff my clothes and they washed and dried. But they lost one.Make it specific who has the responsibility, or change responsibility to customers by letting them have laundry room key if they pay money and letting them wash their clothes. ②cleanliness of kitchen Kitchen is always dirty.If you collect separate dish drainer like for spoon ,for folk for plate ,customers would put dishes away correctly. ③spices and seasoning There's few spices ,seasoning and oil.

I didn't know this is a party hostel. They played music until mid night, people were yelling. It would be nice if they mention about the night roud music. Really hard to sleep while they have party, even I had over night flight and super tired. After the party, still people were talking in the room. Some people are missing normal sense that other people sleep in a room. Also water was clogged in a shower. It was like pool and floating some things while I was taking a shower. It was very miserable experience for me.

The first thing I noticed about this place is that I had to wait an hour in line to check in. Then someone stole out of my backpack right in the middle of the main room while I paid. Great welcome to Mexico. The extra services are a bit hit or miss. They didn't have any locks, and I was weary about keeping my stuff in my own room. When I left I had my nicest clothes disappeared from my laundry, which I went to finish but found the staff had done for me. The night lady gave me bad information regarding the busses to the airport. They have wifi for internet, so it is not secure. Lots of waiting, sometimes 10 minutes so. Don't come here if you are an insomniac! It is not a good place for people who cannot sleep or eat at normal times. The main room's chairs are taken away at night, but there are tables for laptop work. There is a kitchen, but my food was locked away and I could not eat it when I needed to. ??? It has to be locked away because that is where the bar is. The best part of this hostel is the weekly evening activities, such as karaoke night. There are always a lot of people here to meet. Maintenance/ housekeeping is passable.

Loud, small uncomfortable pillows, so cold nights and they don't give any blankets. My bed was dirty, they don't change the linens after previous person. And the new linen as a thin bed cover was with the yellow spots. The light in toilet and shower does not work nights (haven't checked it day time). This hostel is huge and a lot of people in it. Highly do not recommend to go if you have any value stuff. No covid restrictions, a lot of people have a caught or sneezing and no one wearing a mask in share areas. And of course they have a cough, coz nights so freaking cold with no blanket and doors and windows opened, so you basically sleep on the street.

Loved staying at this hostel. The front desk staff as well as the manager were always helpful and kind with any questions or requests I had. The beds are comfortable and private. The best part of the property is the amazing rooftop where you can socialize, make new travel friends, and buy cheap drinks/food in the evening. Will stay anytime I am back in CDMX.
