Lovely place!!! Super fast wifi, safe location and owners are incredibly nice people, we came here for 3 nights and its ended up with 10 nights, they also have bike for you to discover island and it is the best price/quality place i stayed in mexico during my travel, very nice vibe, for sure i will visit again if i have chance to visit cozumel again, i would recomment without any doubt!!!

Not only do Ara and Diego provide a warm and welcoming environment for anyone new to Cozumel, but their attitude and quality of caretaking made us feel at home! The house itself was very clean and cozy, and had beautiful and inviting colors and atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets, blankets, and towels were always taken care of. Ara speaks very good English and will help translate between Spanish and English, and she's been a wonderful teacher from the little bit of Spanish I learned here. Diego has also been a great teacher, and helped me learn Spanish. Both Ara and Diego are so much fun to talk to and laugh with, and I easily warmed up to them like family and I am an introvert. The house here is also a really good spot in town where everything is close by, so it's a perfect spot if you are looking to get involved in the wonderful community here. I heavily recommending staying with these guys, especially since they give good prices and wonderful quality!

Very lovely guesthouse! Such a charming place, with a wonderful host and everything you need for a simple but enjoyable, warm hearted stay on Cozumel.

The rooms are very affordable, clean, colorful, comfortable, and perfect for our little get away vacation. Our last stay in Cozumel was in an all-inclusive and we regretted not trying the local cuisine. We wanted a place to relax after exploring, eating, shopping, and enjoying the beauty of Cozumel. Staying here made us feel like it was our home away from home. Convenient location central enough to the places we wanted to visit on our trip this time... yet just far enough away from the main tourist traffic. Diego and Ara are very easy to talk to and work with. Great communication. We found ourselves getting to know them and they made us feel part of their home. Ara is a Spanish teacher and she taught us how to say some simple phrases in Spanish when talking to the locals. We had fun and will definitely stay here again!

Simple, no-frills place run by a wonderful, friendly couple who keep the place very tidy. Perfect location - within walking distance (about a km from the ferry) but away from all the tourist silliness. A functional kitchen with basic stuff to keep a budget trip even more budget, although the food on the island is quite amazing :) There is also a nice patio to hang out and mingle with other travelers. In a sense, it's a bit like a hostel but with private rooms, which seems perfect during covid times! If your expectations are reasonable (no private bathrooms, a common kitchen area) considering the price, I doubt you will find a better place to stay in Cozumel. Ara and Diego were very patient with my multiple messages before I arrived. Unlike most other places, they did not demand payment as soon as I arrived, which was very welcome after a long journey.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Best place to stay in Cozumel! Diego and Ari were the best hosts and make you feel right at home. Within walking distance from everything you need in town. The place itself is quaint and homey with a shared kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable as are the bathrooms. The owners went out of their way to help us when the ATM ate our bank card! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Cozumel ?
