Disadvantage:
No kitchen facilities, no host/reception, no key to enter the building (had to wake up the daughter twice to let me out). The small dormitory has no ventilation.
It seems to me that this is more a site for music events than for a hostel. With a bit more attention to the guests this could be a very comfortable hostel.
