Well located hotel, very good value for money. Very clean common sanitary facilities, spacious room, but where it was a little hot and not well enough isolated from street noise. Very welcoming and accommodating hotel manager! We recommend

Do not arrive at breakfast time otherwise you will disturb the boss and she will make you understand! Large, clean and ventilated room. Uncomfortable beds In addition, if you wish to leave your bags after check-out, you will have to pay for the service ... Go elsewhere to someone more commercial :)

They lost my immigration form saying that it was not their fault but when I gave them my passport to check in they gave it back to me and the immigration form wasn't there anymore. I had to pay 600 pesos to do a new immigration form and I asked them if we could share the money as it was their fault and they said me no that it wasn't their fault and they would not give me money. Very very rude and they don't care about clients. Furthermore the bathroom always dirty and you can take hot shower just early in the morning or in the night cause during the day there's no hot water and for the money we pay to stay in this place I would expect to shower when I want. Furthermore they live there and they are always cooking or doing something in the kitchen. They don't make you feel home. The only positive thing is the central location.
ENGLISH VERSION BELOW Unfortunately I had a bad experience in this place. I do the same job, I have a hotel in Italy so I understand what's behind it. It happened that I lost my immigration sheet in order to get out of Mexico. I'm sure they lost it because it was in my passport. They kept my ID to check in and the immigration sheet magically disappeared. But so far I could also understand, in the end it is a human error, it can happen (as they kept telling me), of course it can happen but if a person makes a mistake, he pays !! They not only continued to deny but also refused to help me with the fine to pay to redo the immigration paper. The fine was 600 pesos I offered them to do half and they refused, completely caring! It is not the treatment to be given to a guest especially since we are talking about 300 pesos, it was more the gesture than anything else. Rude. In addition, the bathrooms always dirty and without toilet paper, hot water is only in the morning and in the evening with specific time slots, which would also be fine if it weren't for the fact that the accommodation costs a lot and for the price you pay you are expected to be free to shower whenever you want. Plus they live downstairs and are always in the kitchen and you don't feel as comfortable as in a young Hostello. They give off negative energies The only plus is the central location. Kin-beh is a great hostel in the centre of Vallodolid. The rooms are big, clean, and each comes with a hammock and a simple continental breakfast. Yoko is a great hostess who was friendly, helpful, and offered me a cup of coffee when I got up - that itself was worth the room rate;-) We stayed on a Friday night so it was a big noisy but for approx 25$CDN/ night, you can't go wrong.

After a bargain, 280 pesos for a simple room with a shared bathroom for one person. Simply, yet clean. It's a hostel in which the backpart is reserved for the family living there. You can cook and use the kitchen. Simple, good location. Not much but not little. Three stars ***
