Hostal Laurel 41 - 77500 Cancún

No me gustó para nada este hotel me dieron una habitación en la cual el agua salió oliendo a caño, al decirles solo me dijeron que era una habitación que tenía mucho tiempo desocupada y que solo dejara tirando el agua así pasaron más de 5 hrs con el agua tirando y nada, pedí el cambio de habitación y me dijeron que todo estaba lleno, pedí que me devolvieran el $ que había pagado y me dijeron que me esperara más tiempo que ya le habían echado cloro al agua? total que ni me resolvieron. Cada quien cuenta como le fue en la feria y x eso yo no lo recomiendo

No recomiendo para nada este lugar. A primera vista atrae por su precio accesible pero el servicio es muy malo, y no demuestran intención de querer mejorarlo tampoco. Mi novia y yo utilizamos el WiFi para trabajar y las primeras 4 noches funcionó dentro de todo bien, el quinto día no funcionó toda la mañana (durante mas de 6 horas) por lo cual tuvimos que comprar en el Oxxo un paquete de datos de 200 pesos y como necesitamos hacer llamadas que consumen muchos datos lo gastamos por completo. A la hora de pagar por la quinta noche reclamamos la situación en recepción con el dueño intentando ver si había algún tipo de reconocimiento o descuento debido a que gastamos 200 pesos para usar internet cuando estamos pagando 350 por un lugar con WiFi. Repetidas veces nos dijo que no era su problema e incluso dijo que es un lugar económico dando a entender que por ese motivo pueden brindar un mal servicio. Por lo tanto decidimos pagar por una ultima noche porque ya era tarde para buscar otro lugar e hicimos el check out al siguiente día. Sumado a eso, la cocina no se encuentra bien equipada, no hay tenedores ni cuchillos, y durante todos esos días inclusive le dije a la señora de la limpieza si podía cambiar por favor la esponja (parecía usada hacía meses) y nunca la cambiaron. Estaba en tan mal estado que preferí usar detergente y la mano para lavar. El cesto de basura de la cocina estaba que revalsaba cuando llegamos, como la señora de la limpieza estaba limpiando preferí no decir nada pensando que cambiaría la bolsa cuando ella pudiera pero en la noche cuando quisimos cocinar estaba aún con más basura que ya se estaba por caer la basura al piso y eso que la recepcionista esta todo el tiempo en frente a la cocina y puede ver que el tacho está lleno y no hay lugar donde tirar la basura. Tienen una batidora pero las cuchillas estan quebradas y por supuesto tomó mucho tiempo hacernos un simple licuado de frutas. Por más económico que sea el lugar, una buena actitud, proactiva y positiva no cuesta dinero!

Barato pero casi no hacen el cuartoy algunos cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado

Me encanto hospedarme aquí. Es un lugar bastante pequeño, pero la habitación era muy cómoda y tenía aire acondicionado. El desayuno no estuvo mal, pero esperaba algo más. La atención es muy buena. Y el lugar se encuentra bastante cerca de la estación de autobuses ADO.

Por nuestra parte todo estuvo bien cuarto limpio y una atención muy amable lo único difícil es encontrar donde estácionar

Bardzo słabe miejsce, tylko awaryjnie na jedną noc. Dostaliśmy pokój z brudną łazienką, woda tam była cuchnąca, pozatykane odpływy włosami i brudne kafelki. W pokoju WIFI jest bardzo słabe, materace brudne i do tego towarzystwo mrówek.Dostaliśmy jeden ręcznik na dwie osoby, nikt nie pokazał nam wspólnej jadalni, a do tego korytarze są bardzo brudne (pety od papierosów na podłodze) i głośna atmosfera. Na plus to, że dają papier toaletowy, wodę i mydło. Dodatkowo pobierają zwrotną kaucję. Obsługa mierna i gburowata. Radzę omijać, bo zdjęcia z internetu nie oddają brudu jaki tam faktycznie panuje.

I was told upon entering the reception that the wifi worked in the rooms. I decided to enter the room and make sure that it actually worked. It did not. Since I need wifi in the room to do a bit of work at night it is important for me to have reliable, working wifi. I came back into the lobby after a few minutes and told the girl that the wifi did not work on my phone or my laptop. She maintained that it worked just fine. I said that I checked and it did not and that I would like to leave. She said that since I entered the room I must pay for it. There is an automatically locking gate in the front of this hotel and she refused to open it. I asked her to please let me leave several times and she refused. I finally told her to call the police. She said okay and promptly made a phone call and talked to someone on the other end for a bit and handed me the phone. It was a man who told me that since I entered the room I must pay for it. It was not the police. I told him that the wifi did not work as advertised and I would like to leave. He just repeated that since I entered the room I must pay for it. So I gave the girl back the phone and said call the police. She said okay again and dialed another number and then talked to someone on the other end for a very long while without giving me the phone. I finally took my laptop and went back into the hall next to the room and discovered that the wifi worked outside the room, slowly. I decided she was not going to let me leave so I paid for the room and stayed there. Her attitude was one of gleeful victory. I was then treated to the sound of her and a housekeeper laughing and making fun of me for the next several hours while I used the wifi in the hallway. So, in summary, if your coming to Cancun and feel like being falsely advertised to, held against your will in a hotel lobby for an indeterminate amount of time, forced to pay for the room and stay there against your will, and then subsequently mocked for it, head to the Hostel Laurel 41!
