★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place. I’ve came back here for a second time during my stay in Tulum and it feels like coming home. The owner, Rafael, has a blanket of tranquility and kindness wrapped around him and absolutely goes out of his way to make sure you’re ok. The people who stay here are awesome as well. Good vibes. Nice breakfast. Hot shower. Very close to the city center. Natural airco and fans. All you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fabulous place! The breakfasts in the morning are the best I’ve ever had at any hostal (not just toast and coffee but an actual meal). The guy at the front desk, Rafael, is super kind, funny, and laidback. There’s a lot of art in the hostal and the space is relaxed. Not to mention the super cheap price!!! What a killer place ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my stance, the owner was always looking for everyone's having a good time there. The hostal is clean and its facilities are according with a good service-price relation. Breakfast is acceptable and the kitchen will have everything you need to have your own meal.
It's 5 km far from the beach. There are many ways to move around but you still need to walk around 4 blocks to reach the principal avenue. Around 5 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very simple, not fancy at all, but I left the hostel on my last day feeling kinda sad. Every day I had a different breakfast and it was always tasty! The owner is a cool and tranquil guy who was always happy to chat and give us suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hostel is simplicity and minimalism combined. Close to the main street but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Reasonably close to three different cenotes and a little bit further away from the beach but easily accessible via taxi, bike or collectivo. The rooftop space was my favourite spot to hang out, you can watch the sunrise in the morning or the sunset in the evening, enough space for work outs and yoga or simply relaxing in the hammock. The owner Rafael is who really makes this place what it is and gives it that real at home vibe. He cooks everyone breakfast in the morning, makes coffee and was kind enough to cater to my dietary requirements. He also always makes sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying their stay. There are bikes to rent or you can book tours from the front desk. I found the other people who were staying to be friendly and most had stayed here before and have returned. Definitely not a party hostel but there are some chill social vibes. The kitchen facilities are good if you prefer cooking your own meals or there are lots of good cheap restaurants around. Plenty of space in the dorms, power points and lockers available. I would recommend to long term travellers on a budget or if party hostels aren’t your scene. I stayed here for 5 days with friends then returned for another 2 weeks. It’s too hard to leave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great hostel in Tulum ran by a great host. Raphael is a mild manned individual who's priority is your comfort. A big open dormatory, good beds & bathroom facilities. There is a large kitchen & dining area as well as a rooftop terrace with cool breezes. Value for money you can't beat with a big stick !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We turned up here one afternoon without a booking and just kept extending because of the hostel! Breakfast is different everyday and you don't even do the dishes. The dorm room has no A/C but is cool at night. The hostel was clean and close enough to a lot of food options but far enough to be away from the main drag. Rafael is fantastic as a host - relaxed, friendly, helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raphael is such a great host. He made sure we were always comfortable and took the time to interact with us.
Dorm was huge with ample space, and then some more. Lockers available and plenty of power points.
Breakfast served every morning was different and delicious. Nice tranquil place to relax and don’t miss sunset on the rooftop!
