L	Lily Olguin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal del hotel nos ofrecio una habitacion y confundieron nuestra fecha de reservacion, siendo que nosotros hablamos para confirmar fecha y hora de llegada, el error lo hicieron ver como si hubiera sido de nosotros ya que hasta correo le envie, y justo cuando habia hecho mi deposito me cobro de mas, diciendome que si no lo aceptaba me reembolsaria el dinero, cosa que acepte. La persona que nos atendio RAMON ARTURO MEJIA JASSO no respeto lo dicho, no nos reembolso el dinero asi como se porto prepotente diciendo que le enviaba muchos correos, nos callo una persona tan prepotente hasta colgo el telefono. Se hizo una queja en la PROFECO cosa que ya esta en proceso e invito a las personas que tengan un problema con este hostal a que lo hagan tambien. He visto malos comentarios del lugar y se podran dar cuenta por la forma en la que contestas estos mismos la clase de persona que es. The person who assisted us RAMON ARTURO MEJIA JASSO did not respect what was said, did not reimburse us for the money as well as arrogantly saying that he sent many emails, we were shut up by such an overbearing person until I put the phone down. A complaint was made in PROFECO which is already in process and I invite people who have a problem with this hostel to do it too. I have seen bad comments of the place and they will be able to give account by the form in which you answer these same the kind of person that is.
C	Cristian DL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas una opcion economica en guanajuato, que debo decir no hay muchas, esta es la mas económica que encontré en mis búsqueda de hostales el mismo día, puesto que la mayoría se llenan, al igual los hoteles, pero estos son algo caros, por solo 150 puedes dormir en una habitación compartida con 4 literas, la verdad lo sentí algo inseguro, así que llévate tu candado para hacer uso del loocker, las puertas de las habitaciones compartidas no cierran. fuera de eso es lugar es muy tranquilo esta a unos pasos del teatro juarez, If you are looking for an inexpensive option in Guanajuato, I must say there are not many, this is the cheapest I found in my search for hostels the same day, since most of them are full, like hotels, but these are somewhat expensive, For only 150 you can sleep in a shared room with 4 bunk beds, the truth was I felt a bit unsafe, so take your lock to use the locker, the doors of the shared rooms do not close. Lo único malo es que cuando estuvimos, no respetaron sus políticas de no invitados y no ruido después de las 10, y no hubo quien atendiera la queja. Está un poco abandonado y hay cucarachas. When we stayed here, there were no other visitors except us and the staff almost seemed surprised that anyone would go there. Rooms are run down and would need a good bit of dusting. If you're allergic to house dust, then you definitely shouldn't stay here. It was cheap though and close to the center, so still 3 stars for that.
