★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophia is such a wonderful host. Although we did not stay with her, she helped arrange tours for our group. She has a beautiful place with a swimming pool. I would definitely recommend her place for budget travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service! we booked a room here to never be informed of the covid restriction for late checkin. we messaged them that we would show up by 10pm ish. when we showed up 10:20pm they was no one. luckly a man staying there contacted her for us and she said we were to late. that she wouldnt come, we were with no place, after a long trip during covid and no place to go. after sending e-mail to be reimbursed the deposit, she also refused to give back. would not recommend going here treating people this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the Humanity Hostel to book a room and since there was nobody there we called the owner, she said something very quick and hung up, we called again and got hung up on again twice... the place looks abandoned and dirty, but we didn't get to see it from the inside. Nonetheless, the owner's attitude was rude and disappointing, I highly recommend staying at the hostel on the beachside, it's very nice and actually is welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel is great. i passed just by to say hello to a friend that was staying there. His room was modern and well equipped. The rooftop is amazing, from there the sunset is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and laid back hostel, great for a quiet and more personal experience with other people. Lovely staff and I’ve stayed 3 weeks which is much longer than planned! Well worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, friendly hostel in Puerto Morelos. Nice rooms with fan and aircon. Great common spaces with pool, sofa, hammocks and a small kitchen. Free drinking water and tea. And Sophie the owner is really helpful. Collectivo to the beach is round the corner and only 10 pesos or you can walk (~40mins). Would recommend!
