A	Abraham P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es un hostal/Airbnb desatendido. El grupo con el que viaje rentamos 4/6 cuartos que tienen disponibles y la experiencia fue terrible. Al principio la atención era oportuna pero conforme pasaron los días dejaron de contestar a nuestros problemas. La lista de problemas es larga: 1- lugar sucio 2- no hay guardia o personal y la puerta la dejaban otros huéspedes entre abierta 3- si algo faltaba te pedían pasar a su “bodega” por las cosas 4- cometieron un error con las llaves y nos dijeron dónde estaban todos los duplicados! 5- la alberca estaba sucia y descuidada 6- el area común no estaba atendida 7- la cafetera está sucia y sin café para usarla 8- garrafón sin agua 9- frigobar sucio 10- botellas de cerveza en el suelo 11- nos quedamos sin agua tres veces en dos días 12- cuarto con humedad y un olor a moo terrible 13- cucarachas en 3/4 cuartos que rentamos Por el precio y las fotos parece una gran opción, pero NO lo es, evítense pasar un mal rato. This is an unattended hostel/Airbnb. The group I traveled with rented 4/6 rooms that they have available and the experience was terrible. At first the attention was timely but as the days passed they stopped responding to our problems. The list of problems is long: 1- dirty place 2- there is no guard or staff and the door was left open by other guests 3- if something was missing they asked you to go to their "warehouse" for things 4- they made a mistake with the keys and told us where all the duplicates were! 5- the pool was dirty and neglected 6- the common area was not attended 7- the coffee maker is dirty and without coffee to use it 8- jug without water 9- dirty fridge 10- beer bottles on the ground 11- we ran out of water three times in two days 12- room with humidity and a terrible smell of moo 13- cockroaches in 3/4 rooms we rent For the price and the photos it seems like a great option, but it is NOT, avoid having a hard time.

M	Michael Colgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the high scores a bit baffling. Absolutely no interaction with people. A large concrete box with no ventilation in the toilets. No lockers despite the rooms being big enough. Wifi is patchy at best and doesn't work in the dorms. No private plugs. Room smelled like damp.
J	J colorful on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place.. near airport drive close, near to walking to downtown food, music , shopping, convience marler. Colorful & very clean. Small yet deep cold pool in a nice backyard setting. Simple rooms with comfy bunk beds, clean bathrooms. Simple coffee, toast ,. fruit and cereal breakfast offered. They provide towel or (2) if you ask. No lockers , though, can day store your backpack ,.etc Very sweet friendly staff. Very helpful and happy. Definitely stay here while in Merida for a easy going time

The dorms are dirty and literally smell like piss and the doors are broken? Kitchen facilities are disgusting and there is no social life. Also no one in reception spoke a word of English. You can get much better options for a better price.
