The hostel did not accepted us last night even with availability. Our flight arrived late night and we were without hotel, just asked for a room but the girl was very rude. It’s not a friendly hostel.

Horrible horrible! They overbooked and then simply said “you’ll have to find another place to stay” It was the middle of the night so we had no choice but to find a last minute place which cost us 5 times the room we booked at this hostel

No pillows, broken beds, no hot showers, friendly but decent staff, owners not responsible Even though I reserved a private room, it is said that it is impossible because other customers are staying on the day. Correspondence is too terrible, never stay Had the worst year-end

you get what you pay for. especially considering how the owner decided to have a party until 2am with loud music on a Thursday night when 80% of the guests were sleeping already. and when i say loud music i mean it. i also witnessed them messing up with bookings for other backpackers (not me, luckily)

Hello, unfortunately I cannot answer your answer. But you absolutely didn't send us away, we slept in your Dormitory. To believe that the previous comments are true, you had probably drunk a lot at YOUR party IN the hotel until TWO o'clock in the morning so as not to remember us.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Recepcionist tried to force me into upgrading my booking without my consent and charge me twice the original price. Neither my booking NOR the original fare were respected, and they quickly wanted to wash their hands off canceling my booking right as I arrived. When questioned about actual support from THEIR mistake all she said was “we can’t help you” before dismissing my claims. All over the reviews you can tell they exercise this fraudulent practices frequently so know I'm not the only one. Contact your travel agency if this ever happens to you (because it likely will), they refunded my money and actually got me a much better place to stay at for free; hope this excuse of a hostel is taken away from their services.

This hostel is by far one of the best experiences ever in Cancun. It is in a very good location and the staff is beyond nice. It is very up kept and cleanliness is a 10. It has a very well equipt kitchen for cooking. And very comfortable hammocks to rest on.
