Excellent customer service, besides that it is a comfortable place to rest, and it is excellent in the area where it is located, I recommend this place 100%, in addition to having Wi-Fi service.

Terrible place. The price is 10 times higher than it should be. Tremendous disappointment when you pay 2800 pesos for one night and nobody told you that THE ROOMS HAVE NO BATHROOMS. They give you a roll of paper for you to carry. For that price at least you expect the beds to be comfortable but they are old, the mattresses expired with use. ONE BED DID NOT HAVE A Cover The windows are made of wood and do not close well therefore it does not isolate the cold or the noise, it is like being with the window open. They charge a 5-star rate and they don't have a glass to lend you. They only hide behind saying: it's a hostel. But I insist, the price turns out to be a robbery because you can expect anything but I do not understand the reason for being 3 times more expensive than other options a few meters away. In short IT IS A THEFT !!!!

Everything is as in construction, dust, and very small rooms. We stayed in a private room (since there are community toilets), but it turned out that the heater did not "serve" and they asked us to use the shared bathrooms, which ended up being absurd. The place is run by people who seem to have no idea what they are doing. The only good part is the location.

A tiny hostel, very nice in decoration, simple and clean. The attention of the boy who received us very good despite arriving after midnight and later in the morning, when we returned from the party. You just have to consider that as it is a hostel, the bathroom and shower take turns with the other guests. In my case I had a single room, but they also have rooms with shared beds. They have details of arrangement such as the sink does not have a drain and has a bucket. Or like the frontdesk decoration that is broken and has not been repaired. It is recommended if you do not mind sharing or taking turns in the bathroom and go out in your pajamas to the reception to get to the bathroom. If not, this is not the best place.
