Su propietario nace en Italia en un poblado llamado Mirandola con toda la pasión del Arte y la cocina de buen gusto.
Por más de 20 años estuvo en la ciudad de Guadalajara siendo uno de los restaurantes más famosos de su época y recientemente se traslado a Ajijic donde su perfección se concentra en la atención personal y la calidad de los deliciosos platillos tradicionales. la gran calidad en los platillos preparados al momento y con los mejores productos que ofrece la zona y de importación, hacen que la tradición de Hostería del arte sea única.

We also ordered the lasagna which I felt was amazing and my wife thought was mediocre ( she likes more sauce on lasagna) we also got the pesto with shrimp and it was amazing! The owner/chef was extremely nice and helpful we would definitely go back if we were anywhere by lake chapala

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and friendly staff. Authentic Italian food. Owner is Italian. We had the Salmon and it was out of this world. They said that it was Chilean Salmon as opposed to Alaskan. Better taste and lower priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All homemade Italian food! Amazing! From the wood fire pizza to all the pastas! This is our new favorite place! We actually arrived at noon, not knowing they didn’t open until 1pm. But the owners were very gracious and accommodated us completely!

Good selection of wines, good service, and Panna Cotta or Tiramisu for dessert. Also, try the Mango salad with yogurt dressing.
Everything you need for a nice dinner.
