Watch out. They reject any technical questions, immediately. Basic things that any other hosting would have answered (and solved probably in minutes). And then they stop answering, without suggesting any alternative or resource.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si estas empezando y no tienes idea de que hacer , esta es una buena opción, pero para cosas profesionales no funciona, tiene caidas constantemente, no responden tus dudas solo te dicen que no volvera a pasar(y vuelve a pasar)
If you are starting and have no idea what to do, this is a good option, but for professional things it does not work, it constantly crashes, they do not answer your questions, they only tell you that it will not happen again (and it happens again)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 8 años con este servicio y siempre ha funcionado muy bien. El soporte es bueno, es mediante Ticket o chat y te orientan de buena manera. Tienen horario de oficina y esto condiciona el soporte de noche por supuesto, pero quitando este detalle es un servicio excelente. Pocas veces en 8 años se me ha caido la pagina y algunas de ellas han sido por error mio en las configuraciones. El precio es muy bueno, utilice otros servicios antes y en todos tuve problemas, hasta que llegue aqui y me he quedado por supuesto. Estoy muy conforme con el servicio, lo recomiendo plenamente.
I have been with this service for 8 years and it has always worked very well. The support is good, it is through Ticket or chat and they guide you in a good way. They have office hours and this conditions the night support of course, but removing this detail is an excellent service. Few times in 8 years I have dropped the page and some of them have been my mistake in the settings. The price is very good, I used other services before and I had problems in all of them, until I got here and I have stayed of course. I am very satisfied with the service, I highly recommend it.
