★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered on this Uber Eats and not only was the packaging abismal, the food was just weird. Nothing tasted quite right. The sandwich was too sweet, the waffles were too dry, the mashed potatoes tasted like water and the peach cobbler could’ve given me diabetes (SO MUCH SUGAR). The chicken is ok but not great. Overall, I’m disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointing. Chicken was very dry yet also greasy. 'Nashville' sauce thin and tasted of stale oil and not much else. Corn boiled to death. We ordered fries but got Kraft Mac n cheese instead ? (it was takeaway so too late to do much about it).
The portions were enormous - chicken burger had something like 10 pieces of chicken in it but somehow that just made it worse, like all those chickens died for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great chicken burger with generous amount of chicken. But the chicken and waffles was a big fail. I sent it back, and it was replaced with exactly the same thing. I can only think they didn't put any egg in the mixture because the waffle just fell apart as soon as you picked it up. Breast/cakey texture and not good at all.
Fries were very well seasoned but we're slightly chewy which made me wonder how fresh they were. Overall I'd come back for the chicken burger but definitely not the waffle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like fried chicken, especially the hot chicken from Nashville, that's why I came. However, their chicken wasn't particularly good, although they were certainly spicy enough. I had the home office package and the portion was very big, which was a pleasant surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No its not the chicken mom or granny used to make. It's good because in CDMX I wouldn't expect fried chicken. Seasoning was good and the Lemonade was very fresh along with the fresh tasting chicken. Service was friendly as well. I had the chicken strips medium hot. Kinda mild in my opinion but it's a start.

You get free nachos while you wait.
I got the signature fried chicken sandwich. It crispy but the breading came off. The BBQ sauce was on the sweet side as it had maple syrup.
Skip the Mac n cheese. It's basically cheese whip. There was no flavor other than super cheese sauce.
