Hot Pepper - 25270 Saltillo

The extraction wasn’t working so the whole place was a cloud... additionally they didn’t had any salads!! (Even though they have 5 different types in the menu) such a disappointment...

The only reason is in business is the hotels next door. This restaurant as the only adjacent choice to the hotel drives me to stay at the Holiday Inn or Hampton as only a last resort.

Service is poor. Beer selection is decent. Food is not that good. There are better options near the area

Food is a joke... menu sound good, but when you receive you get the surprise... and the service Is just like the food... A disaster

The flautas are crispy and tasty. The vegetable crepres are a healthy and delicious treat. The service is good too. Prices are reasonable and there is a 10 percent discount for (next door) Hampton Inn guests before 5 pm.

Service even for beverages was very slow. Chips are US style tortillas, not tasty. Sauce was a mini portion. I ordered an Arrachera burger, as it was the most expensive I thought it was going to be good. Meat tasteless and chewy. Never returning to this place. Waiter was nice though.

It's a good place if you just want to know about the food. The tacos are just great, filled just right. Recommend the beers, they have great taste in drinks. No lack of parking space because of the hotels, so epic win. (Just realize that those are small hotels and in the main entrance of the city, so it's very common they're full, so you will notice that parking is full and the restaurant too, mainly at nights). Another great thing, it has room service for both hotels, but just until 22hrs.

What a disappointment, I think this is the first time I don't leave a tip. Half of the items in the menu were not available, the offered me Cesar salad with ranch dressing because they were out of Cesar dressing. I specifically pointed with my finger (twice) at the picture of the salad I wanted which had at least a few vegetables in it. When my order came there was some chicken on a bed a regular lettuce and parmesan cheese, I tried to find the other vegetables at the bottom of the bowl and there were none. I told the manager that wasn't the salad I ordered and he agreed to bring me another one and after a few minutes in the kitchen he came to tell me that I have made a mistake, that the description doesn't correspond with the picture and I insisted I ordered the one on the picture, he didn't take any responsibility neither apologize, needless to say I went back to the hotel without dinner.
