★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo 5 por la super atención de la señora que nos recibió ayer, fue muy amable y servicial. Con respecto a la habitación, sencilla pero con lo que tiene que tener, wifi, tele, agua caliente y aire acondicionado todo bien, y una cama bastante cómoda. Relación calidad precio muy bien.
I give it 5 for the super attention of the lady who received us yesterday, she was very friendly and helpful. Regarding the room, simple but with what you have to have, wifi, TV, hot water and air conditioning all good, and a fairly comfortable bed. Value for money very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserve y pagué desde el 18 de diciembre 2021. No sabia que tenían 2 hoteles y llegué a uno donde segun no pagado ni reservado nada. Nunca me dijeron que había otro hotel con el mismo nombre y la misma empresa donde efectivamente estaba mi reservacion. En éste me dieron un cuarto que les sobraba y aho tuve que rentar. Grade fue mi sorpresa cuando la misma gente de tizimin me informó del otro hotel del que nunca nos informaron.
I booked and paid since December 18, 2021. I didn't know they had 2 hotels and I got to one where, according to not paid or reserved anything. They never told me that there was another hotel with the same name and the same company where my reservation actually was. In this one they gave me a room that they had left over and now I had to rent. Grade was my surprise when the same people from tizimin informed me of the other hotel that they never informed us of.
