La habitación que teníamos en primera instancia tenia un nido de avispas por lo que solicitamos nos cambiaran de habitación, los empleados accedieron no de muy buena manera, posterior a ello, en el nuevo cuarto el olor era desagradable, había poca luz natural, se notaba falta de aseo en baños, techos y llaves de agua del baño, la televisión no funcionaba correctamente y encontramos 2 cucarachas y una lagartija. Sumado a ello, la alberca estaba visiblemente sucia. Realmente decepcionante. The price was very affordable and it seemed modest for us to stay just one night, however we had several drawbacks. N	Nancy Juarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones en mal estado, la luz nunca funcionó, los ventiladores tampoco funcionan correctamente y con el clima uff, falta de agua en las habitaciones, te bañas con un hilo de agua si bien te va y para hacer uso del baño tener que esperarte a qué de nuevo subieran agua... El agua de la alberca muyyyyy sucia clorada, si van no usen la alberca ya que por lo visto no cambian el agua.. el servicio "bueno" aún que deja mucho que desear cuando escuchas a los empleados estar hablando mal de los huéspedes, es de pésimo gusto puesto que si se portaron o no groseros ellos dan un servicio así que aguas con eso, lo único rescatable es la ubicación, puesto es de los hoteles más alejados está tranquilo no tiene mucha gente ese lado de la playa.
