★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly awful stay, for only one reason! The owner lets anyone in ?. During my night’s stay, I wanted to unwind in my room and head to bed early to be well-rested for a conference. About 10 minutes after I had fallen asleep, a staff member knocked on my door and asked me to move to the next room to “accommodate an additional customer.” I was fine with this BUT 10 minutes later the same thing happened...and again and again and again. I did not get any sleep...thanks to these idiotic interruptions. Worst. Hotel. Stay. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. Our bus convoy arrived late at night, without a booking, as our existing accommodation had fallen through. Despite the sign saying "All rooms taken", the hotel staff did their best to accommodate us, pulling a few strings and making enough rooms available for everyone on our tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible stay at this Hotel. It seemed very pretty at first sight and the bed was very comfortable but I couldn't sleep for more than 10min without a member of staff asking me to change my room. There were always new clients arriving. It was unbearable ! I suggest this hotel to stop constantly accepting new clients if they want them to spend a decent night.
