El servicio es bueno y el ambientes es familiar. Lo recomiendo para familias o personas que buscan ahorrar y pasar un rato agradable sin permanecer mucho tiempo en el hotel ya que reitero solo es para pasar la noche. Ahora sí que hay algún evento o temporada alta, no serían de fiar con sus reservaciones teléfonicas. I make a reservation by phone, I call twice saying that I am going to be late to check in, but if I did arrive, it was worth it. Pero de ahí todo bien, y las toallas se tienen que pedir en recepción, no tienen ningún costo adicional. r	reyna martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima administración, hicimos nuestra reservación días antes y al llegar al hotel no respetaron dicha reservación, terminaron dándonos una habitación más chica de la que pedimos y tuvimos que dormir algunos en el suelo porque no cabíamos ?. Los empleados fueron muy déspotas al tratar de solucionar el problema y no se querían hacer responsables de lo sucedido. Terrible administration, we made our reservation days before and when we arrived at the hotel they did not respect said reservation, they ended up giving us a smaller room than we asked for and we had to sleep some on the floor because we did not fit ?. The employees were very rude in trying to solve the problem and did not want to take responsibility for what happened.
