★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están más o menos bien, pero muchas de las habitaciones no cuentan con agua caliente, pese a que al preguntar nos aseguraron que sí. Durante la noche solo hay una persona que no puede resolver nada. Efectivamente no te dan llave, ni recibo, ni una solución.
The facilities are more or less well, but many of the rooms do not have hot water, despite the fact that they assured us that they did. During the night there is only one person who can not solve anything. Effectively they do not give you a key, nor a receipt, nor a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta mejorar servicios y limpieza. Es un lugar amplio pero no hay buena atención. Deberían mejorar esos aspectos tiene un amplio estacionamiento y les iría bien un restaurant buffet.
It needs to improve services and cleanliness. It is a large place but there is no good service. They should improve those aspects, it has a large parking lot and a buffet restaurant would do well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Dijeron que había agua caliente a cualquier hora: falso, nunca salio. Las sabanas estaban sucias. Había cucarachas. El cuidador de la noche no da ninguna solución.
Terrible service. They said there was hot water at any time: false, it never came out. The sheets were dirty. There were roaches. The night caretaker does not give any solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia extraña y bizarra. No te dan la llave de tu habitación, si sales necesitas timbrar en recepción para que alguien te abra la puerta de tu cuarto, TU CUARTO. La habitación en general se siente "sucia" aunque se ve que se preocupan por limpiar concienzudamente, están muy maltratadas por el tiempo. No hay agua caliente y finalmente las camas están duras y boludas.
A strange and bizarre experience. They do not give you the key to your room, if you leave you need to ring at reception so that someone opens the door to your room, YOUR ROOM. The room in general feels "dirty" although you see that they care about cleaning thoroughly, they are very mistreated by time. There is no hot water and finally the beds are hard and boludas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar y los cuartos no estan tan mal, pero aparenta estar limpio, pero realmente no lo esta, el cuerto olia raro, las almohadas tenian cabellos de mujer a nuestra llegada, sale muy poca agua de la regadera y no hay agua caliente, no te dan llave de tu cuarto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No, hay agua caliente, algunos cuartos no tienen llave, los fines de semana es muy ruidoso, algunos inquilinos ponen sus autos con el sonido algo alto y duran muy noche algunos tomando y la musica alto volumen, eso si sin problemas ni peleas, hay estacionamiento dentro del hotel y es economico por noche y esta a 10 minutos a pie de la central camionera, saliendo por la parte trasera de la central (blvd. O calle Yuriria) caminas a tu derecha y a 10 minutos aprox. a pie llegas al hotel Acuario, y si sigues todo derecho a otros 12 a 15 minutos a pie llegas a la glorieta y ahi esta una planta de carnes llamada avoir haylife.
No, there is hot water, some rooms do not have a key, on weekends it is very noisy, some tenants put their cars with the sound a little loud and some spend a lot of night drinking and the music is loud, that is without problems or fights, there are parking inside the hotel and it is cheap per night and it is a 10-minute walk from the bus station, leaving through the back of the station (blvd. or Yuriria street) you walk to your right and 10 minutes approx. on foot you arrive at the Acuario hotel, and if you continue straight ahead for another 12 to 15 minutes on foot you arrive at the roundabout and there is a meat plant called avoir haylife.
