★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Hotel, trato y servicio.... Por pandemia no esta en uso su restaurante (el desayuno puede ser servicio a cuarto) ni la alberca, es lo único.
Excellent Hotel, treatment and service .... Due to a pandemic, their restaurant is not in use (breakfast can be room service) or the pool, it is the only thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó una habitación en PB cerca de la terraza y había gente embriagándose y diciendo groserías y riéndose, no pude dormir y aunque fui a la recepción para que les pidieran que se retiraran, no se fueron hasta las 4am. A la mañana siguiente dejé ese hotel y me quejé con el personal de ese turno, me dijo que pasaría mi reporte porque no debería haber gente en esa área después de la medianoche.
En fin, fue lo único que encontré solo para dormir una noche porque iba de paso. Pero definitivamente no regresaría jamás.
I got a room on the ground floor near the terrace and there were people getting drunk and saying rude things and laughing, I couldn't sleep and although I went to the reception to ask them to leave, they didn't leave until 4am. The next morning I checked out of that hotel and complained to the staff on that shift, they told me they would pass on my report because there shouldn't be people in that area after midnight.
Anyway, it was the only thing I found just to sleep one night because I was passing through. But I would definitely never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. During our 1 night there where a strong smell coming out from the sewage of the sink that didn't let us sleep well. They moved us to another room in the second floor, but the same smell came out from the sink. It was like something died in the pipelines when you us the sink.
