Los colchones ya no servian y las bases eran de concreto, por lo que no tuvimos descanso mientras nos hospedamos aqui.
La habitacion no la limpiaron el 3er dia.
Nos negaron almohadas adicionales ya que de acuerdo a recepcion solo estan permitidas 2 por cama.
It was not a pleasant experience.
The mattresses were no longer useful and the bases were made of concrete, so we had no rest while we stayed here.
The room was not cleaned on the 3rd day.
They denied us additional pillows since according to reception only 2 per bed are allowed.
