No había luz en el baño, los muebles están viejos, lo unico aceptable es q es pet friendly, de ahí en fuera terrible, nada recomendable. Pity attention of the people who attend. Pagué por una habitación en Nochebuena (cara para el tipo de lugar que es), mi habitación era la única a la que el hotel daría servicio esa noche pues no tenían más huéspedes, no desempaqué. Acordé con la encargada llegar después de la cena para hacer uso de mi habitación. Cuando regresé el hotel estaba cerrado y nadie respondió a la puerta ni al teléfono. Me tuve que regresar en la madrugada con mi familia a la CDMX. No me regresaron mi dinero. PESIMO AND Dishonest. I paid for a room on Christmas Eve (expensive for the type of place it is), my room was the only one the hotel would service that night because they had no more guests, I did not unpack. I agreed with the manager to arrive after dinner to make use of my room. When I returned the hotel was closed and nobody answered the door or the phone. I had to return in the early morning with my family to Mexico City. They didn't return my money.
