La cama un poco dura, aire acondicionado de ventana (antiguo)hace mucho ruido.
Atención en mostrador excelente.
A 80mts del mar.
 Very simple rooms, but clean.
Bed a bit hard, window air conditioner (old) makes a lot of noise.
Excellent counter service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, está bastante amplio el estacionamiento, pero el servicio por parte de las señoritas de recepción, es pésimo. No saben resolver dudas, el servicio de TV no sirve, el wifi algo malo. Tiene mucho que trabajar en cuanto atención al cliente.
The hotel has a very good location, the parking lot is quite large, but the service from the reception ladies is terrible. They do not know how to solve doubts, the TV service does not work, the wifi something bad. You have a lot to work on when it comes to customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lärmig, es richt penetrant nach Küche, die Matratze ist völlig kaputt, die Dame an der Rezeption hat keine Ahnung von ihrem Job.
Very noisy, it smells like a kitchen, the mattress is completely broken, the lady at the reception has no idea about her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones están bien, nos entregaron una habitación limpia y bien, pero no nos la hicieron limpieza los días que estuvimos hospedados, el papel higiénico te lo dan aparte, solicitamos 2 rollos y nos lo negaron sólo te dan uno.
Very well located, the rooms are fine, they gave us a clean room and well, but they did not clean it for us the days we stayed, the toilet paper is given separately, we requested 2 rolls and they denied it, they only give you one.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, los colchones durísimos, la televisión no agarraba señal, no te explican bien como funciona el wifi ni los controles...los enchufes fallaban.
Por $950 pesos lo único que tiene es que está cerca del muelle....de ahí en fuera, no vayan....súper horrible experiencia

The air conditioning did not work well, the mattresses were very hard, the television did not get a signal, they did not explain how the Wi-Fi or the controls worked... the plugs failed.
For $950 pesos the only thing it has is that it is close to the pier...from there on out, don't go...super horrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son algo viejas, el lugar está limpio. Me pareció caro por lo que brinda y el bar de al lado tiene la música hasta muy alta hora. Podría mejorarse bastante. Lo bueno está cerca de la playa.
The facilities are somewhat old, the place is clean. I found it expensive for what it offers and the bar next door has music until very late. It could be improved quite a bit. The good thing is close to the beach.
