★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and the restaurant has the worst food I have tried in Mexico. Not authentic at all, and prices are extremely high for the poor quality. Employees are disrespectful and not friendly at all, they get mad when asked for help. I stayed here three years ago and everything was great, returned today expecting the same service and am extremely disappointed. Will not be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful with scorpions in the rooms i stayed here 1 night and i heard 2 people complaining about scorpion on their room also no breaksfast served coffee was bad and receptionist rude i will consider going somewere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely nice hotel and within a short walk to the airport. The entire staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and the restaurant was very quaint and the food delicious. I will be staying there often every time I visit Morelia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff I encountered were all warm, helpful, and welcoming, My room was quiet and clean, but I don’t understand who approved the final work on the interior. (See photos.) Easy walk to and from the airport for when you have missed your flight.
The WIFI is useless in the rooms. A weak signal or no signal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an early flight and decided it was more practical to stay at the hotel. The front staff was really nice, and they offered me a shuttle to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. This hotel is convenient, is not expensive, and I would definitely stay here again if necessary.
