N	Nayeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel se encuentra muy bien hubicado, el costo beneficio es el adecuado, las habitaciones amplias aunque falta ser más cuidadosos en la limpieza, el personal no es amable y en desayuno "cortesía literal es de 4 totopos cuando pides chilaquiles" creo que mejor deben ahorrarse dar cortesías cuando no están dispuestos a invertir en ello. The hotel is very well located, the cost benefit is adequate, the rooms are spacious, although we need to be more careful in cleaning, the staff is not friendly and at breakfast "literal courtesy is 4 chips when you order chilaquiles" I think they should better save giving courtesies when they are not willing to invest in it.

Los protocolos de Covid son buenos, usar cubrebocas, gel antibacterial y tapete. Los costos son muy accesibles para las diferentes habitaciones. La atención a clientes es excelente por parte de los colaboradores/trabajadores. Es destacable mencionar que el hotel está céntrico, tiene varias atracciones cerca, frente de él se encuentra un parque y muchos puestos de comida. Para los foráneos el pasaje de taxi anda entre 35 y 40 como mínimo. 100% recomendable, me atrevo a decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles en que he estado. The costs are very affordable for the different rooms. Customer service is excellent by collaborators / workers. It is noteworthy to mention that the hotel is central, it has several attractions nearby, in front of it there is a park and many food stalls. For foreigners, the taxi fare is between 35 and 40 at least. 100% recommendable, I dare to say that it is one of the best hotels I have been to.
C	Celine Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel pequeño, con muy buena ubicación,caminando llegamos al Palacio de Hierro, a la catedral, al teleférico, al parque del río, etc. económico, nos tocó la Junior suite y nos pareció excelente muy amplia con una vista increíble a la Alameda y al cerro del borrego. El desayuno de cortesía es pequeño, pero en el restaurante se puede comer bien a buen precio. El personal muy atento y amable, dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda, mantienen una limpieza impecable, todo en las habitaciones está sanitizado, tiene estacionamiento vigilado y con el pase que dan en el hotel no se paga ni un centavo. Altamente recomendable, buena relación calidad de servicio precio y ubicación. Gracias.
