J	Jaime Romo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitación amplia y limpia, camas cómodas, las almohadas les falta estar más gorditas,, la ubicación es buena hay plazas cerca caminando, el personal es amable, lo que no me gustó es que te cobren más por pagar con tarjeta. Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, the pillows need to be thicker, the location is good, there are places nearby on foot, the staff is friendly, what I did not like is that they charge you more for paying with a card.
C	Colimense De vuelta en México on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente si traes tu vehículo por la localización. Instalaciones buenas, no puse 5 estrellas en habitación porque la presión del agua es muy baja. Excellent if you bring your vehicle through the location. Good facilities, I did not put 5 stars in the room because the water pressure is very low.

(Gui) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el hotel aparentemente es aceptable, hasta que intentas lavarte las manos, no sale suficiente agua del fregadero para lavarte a ti o a tu cepillo de dientes, debajo del fregadero hay válvulas de agua que limitan el flujo de agua a un goteo, estas válvulas están bloqueadas (no se como) los acabados del hotel son todos improvisados, durante la ducha, el baño se moja, se acaba el agua caliente, hay huespedes fumando... y escuchando musica con esos parlantes del infierno despues de las 22 en el piscina, el estacionamiento es espacios frente al hotel donde necesita mover otro automóvil para salir. Sin acabado de pintura, sin ventilación forzada en el baño o ventana, solo una tubería en el techo. la regadera de la alberca tambien no tiene practicamente agua... .. solo que no le puse una minima nota porque todos los trabajadores con los que tuve contacto fueron super eficientes y amables... y la alberca es tal cual me gusta sin mucho sol. the hotel is apparently acceptable, until you try to wash your hands, not enough water comes out of the sink to wash you or your toothbrush, under the sink there are water valves that limit the flow of water to a trickle, these valves are blocked (I don't know how) the finishes of the hotel are all improvised, during the shower, the bathroom gets wet, the hot water runs out, there are guests smoking... and listening to music with those speakers from hell after 10 pm in the pool, parking is spaces in front of the hotel where you need to move another car to get out. No paint finish, no forced ventilation in the bathroom or window, just a pipe in the ceiling. the pool shower also has practically no water... .. only I did not give it a minimum grade because all the workers with whom I had contact were super efficient and friendly... and the pool is just as I like it without much sun.

H	Hector Claveria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched from their other place thinking this was better. Still no basic service like wifi and TV. Night manager was rude so I just left this morning and found a much better place on Airbnb. NEVER COMING BACK.
