The personal is friendly but the service could be better in general. In many other places ypu are able to print things on the reception but in here it was not posibke.
There is no elevator so, if you have kids or elderly people with you and you book one of the top floor rooms you will be facing an inconvenience...
If you are bringing a car you will have to park either on the street or in the parking lot located in the street behind the hotel and there is no connection from the parking lot to the hotel so you better leave your logage in the front door before taking the car to the lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t let me in cause I arrived at 3:20pm! They NEVER said anything about having to arrive at that time in their hotel policies or through the app that I used to book. The hotel was empty, with a note on the door that said to call a phone number but they never answer my call. After I contacted them through the booking app they answer saying that their staff had other priorities. They say their check in hours is from 2pm to 3pm.
DO NOT STAY IN HOTEL ALDAMA! Save yourself from a horrible experience.
